  1. I think if this was real, LP would have made an official statement, or at least Mike possibly. I'm not saying this is 100% but I'm kind of skeptical on it right now.

yea but this is recent, i just saw it on wikipedia, and i think it was posted like in febuary, plus b-real doesnt even know when they hes gonna release it cause he's got 3 albums to release plus the cypress hill album, that means "the harvest" could be the first of all 3 to be released or the last, according to this info, mike cant make a comment about this, cause its not his album so he doesnt know when this is gonna come out, Mike would look pretty bad making comments about someone else's album before that person has even made a comment of their own album.

Lets just hope its for real :D

  2. Pharrell & Linkin Park? o.O Interesting duo to feature on a song right there.

    When's this coming out?

well, its supposed to come out in 2010, but that seems hard to happen cause b-real made 2 collaboration albums plus this album, 1 with snoop dogg & the other with xzibit & young de. so that makes a total of 3 unreleased albums. maybe we get lucky and "The harvest" gets released first

right now i cant believe how lucky we are, i found this randomly looking through the featured artists of some cypress hill albums i was checking out, then i moved on to b-real and i fuckin' saw get busy committee, and i was like omfg! i was gonna make this post only b-real featuring get busy committee, but then when i pasted the tracklist, while i was reading the rest of the tracklist i saw LP and i almost shit myself, haha, i hadnt seen LP right away LOL

  4. Ryan and Ville are fucking amazing vocalists that could easily be up there with Chester.

they could be up there with chester, but not above him. altho im not sure of ville, i havent heard songs of him

Ok, but just because you like him, it doesn't mean that he is one of the best vocalists in the world. And definitely you shouldn't call that guy an idiot because he didn't put Ryan there.

Totally true!, i mean, lets be realistic, its not like Julien-K is major famous or anything like that, so whoever made this probably hasnt even heard of Ryan.

There are hundreds of vocalists who are better than Ryan.

Even Mike, i totally loved no roads left, and his demos for M2M were great
  5. You can like endless solos and endless jaming with the instruments and brutal vocals but we dont :)

what brutal vocals? i dont think theres anyone more brutal then chester.

Chester can be brutal if he wants and whenever he wants. I'd like to see any of those bullshit bands of loxias make a cover of Given up with the 17 sec scream, with so much energy like chester, they cant!.

  6. You can't just compare A Night to Remember, from Dream Theater, with Somewhere I Belong.

I'm glad you agree. Somewhere i belong fuckin wins. that song is a fuckin masterpiece.

I'm just saying that NOW the other bands from the nu metal mainstream will release their albums and I'm sure they will kick the LP arses.

LP FUCKIN OWNS ANY OF YOUR BIRD-SHIT BANDS

Then go ahead and kick me

Ok!, but can i kick you in the balls?

whatever you want, I won't care

    Awesome!

Join a Dream Theatre forum, and bitch as much as you like about LP there.

They dont got forums, cause they suck more then dracula.

I thought I clicked the thread "Rob's LPU chat"....

    LOL!

PS: LPFreak's post was fuckin funny

  7. this is fuckin' unbelievable, great!

just 1 question. right above of meet & greet, does it say made for the fans, by the fans?im just not quite sure

  8. I'm a big fan of John Frusciante's (Ex RHCP) solo career can you believe that he released SEVEN albums between the 2001 & 2005? not live album, no remix album, only original stuff

1st. im a big fan of the Snowgoons and they released 1 album in 2007, 1 album in 2008, 5 albums just in 2009, and 1 already in 2010.

2nd. Do you actually think any albums of this John Frusciante dude can compare to LP? i've never even heard of that dude, probably cause he's a bad artist and thats why he released so much stuff. NO OFFENSE MAN.

Bad example, I'll put a better one: Dream Theater. Everyone here who knows about music (and not fucking mainstream and stuff) will understand me. Linkin Park have reached a point where its music can't go through it. I mean, they try to remake themselves but they won't do at all. Brad Delson is one of the worst guitarist of the world, the fact that he doesn't like to play solos is just an example; Rob Bourdon is not the typical crazy drummer we all are used to, he's a no technical drummer, a skinny guy like Joey Jordison (just for a example) eat him from the top to the bottom: Phoenix is the no bassist, I mean, he only do anything, move his fingers and that's all (I think he's never heard Tool); Mr. Hahn he just punches his table and just that, makes some videos and just that. And Mike paints and Chester scream and smoke dope all the time. That's a band? I don't think so.

For years I've been following Linkin Park, its lyrics touch my heart and it's my favourite band, but it is just like listening Nirvana or some other death band: just listening the all same thing, the all same gold stuff that they won't ever be able to do again. And know we'll see real good stuff from Deftones, Limp Bizkit, Korn,..., but Linkin Park will still be there, stuck to Rick Rubin and planning what to do and what to paint and what to fuck off.

WOW! Can anyone literally ban this asshole!?

  9. you know this has been up on sobcentral for about 2 years now :)

the fuckin' post says march 01 2010!, today is the 3rd, you mean 2 days right -_______-?

Am I the only one who already had this? It was up on sobcentral.

2 days ago man lets not exagerate shall we?

  10. DJ Cheapshot just released the very first song recorded by SOB "Penelope's Melon", when Ryu wasn't even in the group yet.

Here's a tidbit of info from Cheap to us ::

"I had ONE CD of unreleased 1994 demos that Tak and I did in my living room. I had the poor judgment to lend it to my best friend. He put it in the trunk with his hockey equipment and cracked the CD in half."

Here are Cheap's SoundCloud notes about the track ::

"Ok, so this track dates back to 1995. This is pre-ryu Styles of Beyond when it was just Tak and I. I was making music by scratching loops on a 4-track cassette recorded. I remade this on Tak's brother's SP-1200 and we were lucky enough to record it at Rumbo Recordings (now out of business). It was my first major-recording studio experience and I was scared out of my wits. It's still pretty decent after all these years."

You can also download/stream the track via Cheap's SoundCloud page ::
