yeah i already have all those, but i was wondering if the whole album came out as instrumental, cause i found some site with it for download and it said it was "official". Thnx anyways Aiman. No, but some of the songs had promo single releases with instrumental versions on them. I think Spraypaint & Inkpens, Dolla, Get It and S.C.O.M. are the only ones.

Anyone have them?
yea here they are:
since they're all promo cd's im guessing theres not a problem posting links to download them.
-

no it doesnt, it's totally different, it could be SIMILAR to hip hop, but not rap, all their lyrics are about love, dancing, etc, how can that be like rap?Actually reggaeton has rap, rap its just a singing vocal style.
i never said i wanted you to know good rap, idc if you hear rap or not, but its not cool if your critique a genre your not familiar with. you were talkin bad about evidence, when his shit is awesome.I don't like it and I dont have to know ''GOOD'' rap artists just because you want to.
How the hell you can talk about what I like just because you know that im from Mexico lol
every head is a world.
anyways sry about the comment.

this is really wierd, hybrid theory and meteora are their "most succesful" albums, and everyone's hating on classics like by myself, forgotten and runaway, i love those songs, and the lyrics are great
-
*Back on topic* Focusing on Chester all the time. Its a fucking band of 6 not 1.
I'd LOVE to see a mixtape by Mr. Hahn.
-
IMO i have to agree with Astat. The beat is kind of simple and the song is weak overall.
weak... is that so? cause all 3 verses are pretty powerful
-
Its a terrible idea because you didnt like LPU8. Well me along with others did like it.
when did i say i didn't like lpu8?
i just dont want lp10 wasted on tracks like that, i want demos again, if they put out tracks like lpu8 on itunes or somethin, thats ok with me, i would get them, i just dont want lpu10 wasted.

How anybody can listen to H! VLTG3's intentionally dissonant piano loop and not get a headache is beyond me. Pharoahe Monch's verse was pretty good, otherwise that version of the song is a major step backwards from the remix on the One Step Closer single - the original remix had a better beat, the instrumental fit the song better, and Chester's part was one of the best parts of the song.
And it's not like Evidence worked particularly hard to make the beat on H! VLTG3, the majority of the instrumental of that song is directly sampled from "Family" by Lamont Dozier.
I like the beat alot.
I'd say its a step forward, remixes aren't made to be better then the album versions, otherwise those would actually be the album versions, they're just like to get a different feel of that song.
The song is really good and yeah i liked pharoahe's verse too
-
Lol, Unicorns and Lollipops would've totally made LPU8 awesome! Haha. They sound actually make another LPU (Similar to LPU8) But with various lol songs like this from waiting to go on stage haha. Would be awesome.
you should've put this exact same post in the terrible linkin park ideas thread XD

So it's a Meteora b-side. SWEET.
lulz.
Don't be silly, it was a demo from Out of Ashes.
actually guys, its pictureboard
-

i love h! vltg3, great song
im hispanic too and i found ur comment to be very funny haha dont wry dood
haha thnx man
-
pretty racial comment dont you think? im hispanic and i dont listen to that.
how was that racial, its what all mexico listens to, im from usa but i live in mexico, and every single person hears that. im sry then, i didnt mean anything like that man
-
At this point we understand that you have strong opinions about rap, but I'm kind of getting tired of every other post I see being you talking about rap. -.-
well i think his comment was pretty harsh, since the thread was about the high voltage vinyl and then he dude out of nowhere says the track is trash. ive seen several threads where he's always talkin shit about rap tracks
-
Then they put random shit down on the track to get a feel for the sound rather than "da-na-nas".l
yeah, before they used to put some random lyrics, that didnt mean anything, then in MTM it waas all like da nananana
-
wow that's awesome.
btw is that beat from the upcoming album? it sounds dope
He was in the worst track of the album
why he has a plaque and i dont? ahaha lol.
h! vltg3 was fcukin ill, one of the best tracks, not our fault you dont know any good rap, besides reggaeton which isnt even rap
-
So, about this 1999 version on the Frat Party DVD:
This link got a nice version with lyrics (I couldn't understand a word of what they sang and this really seems to fit): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HxdKtIgltzc
Man, does he really sings about the Aztec moon?? O.o'
its a demo, havent you heard their demos from lpu9 they have some wierd lyrics too for example faint
-
But not yet.
well i'd like 2 or 3 new tracks now, wouldnt you?
-
They're fucking with us... pretty self-explanatory. They are rubbing it in our faces that they beat us to it.
lol my bad, i misunderstood.
Chester needs to collaborate and be in some house music.
in Everything Linkin Park
Posted
you're all wrong, he should collaborate with rappers like eminem, just like he did with young buck
