Papercut.. i just broke up with my first boyfriend.. this came on as "new song" from linkin park- like literally 4 hours after i got home.. just sitting there and once I heard Mike's Voice, That was it.. they hooked me from the start..

Nope this is me talking in my medicated state (yep iv and all), im not apart of LPA.. just here. Your not a 'bad fan" at all. but there are those who want to keep from listening to the entire album, Im trying to let them know their not alone out there either. Im just saying you never know.. things can happen..

For those who either didint listen to it or listened to one or two songs, trying not to spoil it for themselves. Stay Strong.. keep it special for when it comes out.. Im here with you jumping off the walls for the 26th to come already.. But guys I couldnt help to think.. LP may be testing us, maybe THEY allowed apple to make a small leak.. then again i wouldt put past shinoda for it. i mean think about it.. He hasnt said nothing yet.. no "damage control" meanwhile wasnt "waiting for the end" was leaked by one of the band members im trying to remember..

i agree that you shouldn't make a quick judgement based on a stream, you need to let the songs grow on you, in my case with ATS, It took Waiting for the end" quite a bit of time to grow on me (probably cause it sounded a bit... dare i say boyband-ish to me).. but it was the exact opposite for "When They Come For Me" both songs kick butt..lol well thats my opinion.. Though I only heard the first 2 songs, Im going to wait till it comes in my mailbox and i can listen to the CD over and over again till i make a final judgement.

I only got to listen to the first two songs before itunes went of freaky on me, I dont care I'll wait then.. i guess its not meant for me to listen to the whole thing.. thats okay though. Im not upset about it. I guess ill be keeping my promise afterall even though my mind is going .. OMG WHYY!!!..

from the 30 sec I've heard, there are some songs that have some serious potential, as for others- i have to listen to them in full before making a final opinion. but Yes LP experiements, not everything is Always going to be good, but how would anyone know unless they give it a try and let the fans give opinions. Each of their songs have some reason why they were placed in the album.. i think back to FM "where'd you go" sure it was a soft song, but it had such a meaning to it. So why because of 30 sec, people are jumping to conclusions. when "The Catalyst" came out, i felt iffy about it, but the song grew on me. "wretches and Kings" is a good song. So why dont we all take a deep breath and wait till everything is out. Im happy I preordered the album. Yet despite what others say, hey Its Nu music from LP.. I'm still happy.

lol i see no reason in arguing They chose to go a different direction im sure they knew they'd lose and gain fans, but they trying out their tastes. personally as people get older tastes and style change- it happens. I like it, some people dont, but i think adapting is a way to go, its not like their going all backstreet boys on us. Or doing the same thing over and over again.. Im giving an example -Korn didint change their music much, some fans got sick of them others just kept on till the "end". sometimes change is good other times its a bad thing, I seen and heard linkin park throughout the years from 98 to now, they've made changes in music and i like it.. but thats their choice no matter how many fans complain about bringing back their HT style. Im not looking at them differently for changing their tastes.. But thats me as a fan, i dunno bout you but im with LP till the end...

Besides the fact that it's a special opportunity to see them in an intimate setting (and i tried on 3 occasions for presales and didint get a ticket ). I cant explain, but there is something so relatable about their music. To me -their role models they do so much like habitat for humanity and MFR and that is a something that to me shows there is so much more to them besides music and art. They also inspired me to get back into playing the guitar and the piano. During the time their albums came out i remember doing the odd jobs to save money for HT, Re-animation and Meteora and i even scrimped to buy a ticket to see them @ MSG - i got lucky cause my husband got the tix as a christmas present. But Their music always picks me up when I'm down or stressed and believe me, I've been having the mother of all bad years. Im not going to play the dead pet card. But This would make my year, plus it be nice to meet another LPL member . I just would like to win- something to make me happy even if im waaaayyy in the back seeing dots, but hearing the music its so worth going. But thats on you guys. And last but not least..
