  1. Ryan and Amir must have dropped out of high school after failing English.

I'm sure they're used to failure in general, that would explain their appearance.

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but at least Amir graduated and attended UCLA...

But in the end, Chester is basically the lyricist, isn't he?

Anyway, it's very subjective whether you like lyrics or not, isn't it? Even "weak" lyrics can touch you, if you have a personal connection to them. I can't really identify with Mike's FM lyrics as well, but that doesn't mean they're not good!

I don't say CBI has got the best lyrics, that's just not so, but that doesn't mean a person cannot write! As many people said before, it's a single, and it sounds like one.

  3. LP do care about their hardcore fans, but this isn't LP's night. It's Tool's and the Tool fans who are casual LP listeners got to listen to all their radio singles. Obviously, a show that appeals to the hardcore fan would have treats like Runaway, Figure 09, etc. LP also made room for DBS as well. When 2010 rolls around, they're gonna have 4 albums and ND to cycle through. Expect the singles and some rarities.

I just hope they won't just exchange songs, but extend the setlist. I mean, look at U2 or GreenDay...They are older than all the lp members and play longer shows...

  4. Asking for donations would be just fine! I know what it costs to run a website, leave out all the time you put into lpl.

This is one of the greatest sites existing and I believe there are lots of members who are willing to help you guys out for everything you do for us!

But as it is already said: Just try out some pieces of advertisment. Of course, they don't look too nice, but they might help a little.

  5. but to be fair DBS have done little to no promotion on foreign soil so once they promote it people will get more excited

That's not entirely true. In Germany, they have a webpage and a street-team... But DBS is not LP and they won't have the same fans I suppose. I mean, not every single LP fan likes Fort Minor, right?
