Anyone else think that it's a pretty awesome thing that this album already has us all saying different tracks as our favourites? Does that not show this album has variety, depth, experimentation and something that really works for people?

 

This is easily better than ATS/MTM for me. It feels more like LP have found what they've been looking for for two albums.

Better than ATS, yes...MTM...no.

I saw this before, and I hope there is more to it. This 17 minute video is great but feels incomplete. Hopefully this is just a trailer or something.

Why do people keep saying Eminem AND D12? Eminem IS part of D12

I guess to just highlight the idea that Eminem was allegedly there. But, this is true, Eminem IS a member of D12.

Though i am kinda bummed this apparently never happened. Was hoping someone out there had a recording that would surface eventually.

We don't know that it *never* happened, just that it didn't happen there over OSC.

To me that says that they were talking of burn it down...

...any ways, eh I guess it can be a good single, nothing really that stands out for the song.

I personally think that In My Remains would of been a better choice rather than this one.

I guess you have a fair point. I guess we have shifted from live updates of random stuff to more of a legit news-reporting website and live coverage. I still remember when we posted news articles about a day's worth of updates to the site. Just links and what was corrected on shows, etc. Originally we never reported any LP news during at least half of 2007 and after that we slowly shifted into doing news. Fair enough.

The sticker on LT that says "features BURN IT DOWN, LOST IN THE ECHO AND CASTLE OF GLASS" make it sound like those will be the 3 big singles from this CD, with probably 1-2 others released in Europe/worldwide like POWERLESS or something. So this is interesting....

I can definitely see those 3 being singles. My suspicion was that Castle of Glass would be single #2, but maybe it'll be LITE.

I feel like I'll Be Gone is single material, but to me it sounds more like a DBS song than a LP song.

Really? Where'd you get it? All I ever see are the jewel case versions, and the CD/DVD digipak. It's why I'm glad I have the Super Deluxe edition.

I got it at Target.

Has anyone else noticed a little bit of a error (or is it) at 2:56 on Roads Untravelled? Seems like whoever was playing guitar on the track accidentally hit the strings before its cue.

Fucking hate jewel cases. This is why I didn't buy the retail version of ATS.

My retail version of ATS came in a sleeve, not a jewel case.

I found it a little funny that Phoenix enforced the removal of Chesters rights when Chester saved him from the Album title he hated back in 07 haha.

I think we're partly to blame for the overhyping of victimized.

I never choose favorite Linkin Park songs because they're all my favorite except The Crapalyst, but I'm really into I'll Be Gone right now on this album.

Lost In The Echo: makes me want to scream "MORTAL KOMBAT!"

I think "Lies, Greed, Misery" is much better than Piledriver or Breaking Point.

Dropping crawling wouldn't be horrible. I wish they would rotate rare songs in some slot.
