Sounds different, maybe cuz they edit whole video. They add some multiband compression, compress everything including song that has already been compressed before.

Sounds so powerfull. I wonder what's the difference in recording and editing between from zero lives and Road To Revolution or Live In Texas. Comparing these 3, Texas sounds a lot like a session recording with very little audience, Road to Revolution sounds just bad, and FZ sounds so good, bright guitars, powerfull drums, full warm vocals. I Wonder what out of these 3 is the closest to real show.

disagree, he talks about 2 minutes songs that are made just for 5 minute fame on tiktok, and that many songs today don't have a bridge. Every One More Light song has a bridge, and was made before huge tiktok era we live in right now.

Imo the only generic song was Over Each Other. When i first time heard it i was like 'what is this?! it has to be some AI fake'. That's generic when a longterm fan who can play like 80% of their songs on a piano, thinks its AI. The thing with deluxe edition songs, is those are mixed very different. Vocals more hidden, loud low end frequencies. Mixed very different from what the band ever made. I think deluxe edition songs are worse than FZ songs. There are good moments, like Mike's rap in UFTB or unshatter bridge or LYF piano bridge, but overall the sound is different, those songs don't fit with FZ

Sad to see some people saying that stained is the worst FZ song. Do you really rate how good a song is based on how heavy it is?

I don't like the sound of deluxe edition. While songs like Cut The Bridge, Emptiness Machine, Good Things go have guitars more in the front, Up From The Bottom and Unshattered have really really loud deep low end bass, guitars hidden in the back giving just the rythm, i don't like that. I prefer sound like there is on OML album. OML was a masterpiece in production. Perfectly balanced instrumentals, perfectly mixed vocals, here the mix is good, but it lacks depth for me. Drums are very clear on From Zero, thats a good thing but with the cost of hidden guitars and very loud low end frequencies. I would rather aim for a sound between meteora and From Zero (more on a From Zero side), so basically clear guitars, a little hidden drums (not that much as on meteora), and vocals with depth.

My highlights: Stained, IGYEIH, Cut The bridge, Over Each other which i don't like that much but it has interesting choices in the back.

The best thing about this song is its last chorus when there's only bass, guitar harmonics and Mike.

Cut The Bridge, Good Things Go, Stained, More The Victim/Fighting Myself (i guess we can't have both at the same time), Pushing Me Away, With You, Talking To Myself, and i wish to hear One More Light live but, i think it's not a right time for them to play it live.
