  1. I know I bumped the original thread about this track a few months ago asking for a new link, but I think it's only fair that the ALITS live debut be added to this site's main list of downloads since not only was it created and given to the fans for free by this site to celebrate the 10th anniversary, but even the band themselves shared it on their Facebook and NoiseTrade pages. I don't understand why it was only available to download for such a short period of time and forgotten about instead of added to the list with the rest of LPLive's downloads.

  2. I’ve always hated the release. I hate the way it sounds. WID and LOATR were cool in 2017 but rips from other shows sound better, even some audience recordings. I also hate how they didn’t include all the good songs from HT and Meteora that were played. Would have been better to just released the entire Birmingham show audio and packaged that.

The lack of The Catalyst, Wastelands, One Step Closer, Lost In The Echo, Breaking The Habit, and Faint was disappointing as well. It also would've been cool if they included Heavy/Papercut together as one track. There were so many great performances from the last tour that weren't included.

  3. As soon as I get done with work, I'm going to look for a Hybrid Theory shirt at Hot Topic, then come home, blast his music throughout the house, and then post an essay about Chester's impact on my life that I've been working on for the past few weeks. He was too much of an inspiration for me not to pay some kind of tribute to him on the anniversary of his tragic death. It's going to be a hard day to get through.

  4. I know this request is kind of weird since it's from an official release, but I'm making it anyway, because this is the only track from the Milton Keynes performance that's not available on CD or mp3. I remember Points Of Authority, Papercut, Somewhere I Belong were only accessible when you watch the Road To Revolution DVD all the way to the end, but then they released the performances of Papercut and Somewhere I Belong on iTunes, making Petrified/POA/There They Go the only track not accessible on the Road To Revolution CD or on iTunes. Is this site allowed to post an mp3 of the Milton Keynes performance of POA?

  5. Collectors or other friends on lpcatalog tend to check ebay every day! Really. This way we can be up to date with everything that shows up there, meaning if LPU 4.0 is for sale at buy it now option it can go fast (and by fast i mean it's online for couple of minutes/hour or so and it's gone). Or if it's an auction it can get high, sure but here's an example for the whole package:

The best advice is to be patient!

Does LPCatalog post any updates on their site when they find LPU material on eBay? Or do I just have to keep waiting?

  6. Since today is the anniversary of Chris Cornell's funeral, would it be possible or even legal for someone here to make an mp3 of Chester's performance of Hallelujah? It's just so heartbreakingly beautiful and it made me cry my eyes out when I first listened to it the day after Chester died.

I ask about the legal part, because the person who attended the funeral and recorded Chester and Brad's performance put his name and copyright in the description ("Photographed & Recorded by Todd Hansen. ©Todd Hansen 2017"). I know it's not an official release, but I want to know if it's okay for someone here to make an mp3 of it. If not, it's okay.

  7. Since I was never officially a member of LP Underground as I don't have a debit/credit card and just prefer using gift cards, I've been searching for a lot of different LPU albums online as well as in stores after I stumbled upon copies of Songs From The Underground and LPU6 at a Best Buy in 2010 and 2011. Unable to find anything else in stores, I've spent the last few years searching Amazon and eBay for copies of other LPU albums, but the one I want really badly is LPU4, because of the cover of Wish. I've never been able to find it anywhere online and I know chances at this point of me finding a physical copy of any LPU, let alone LPU4, are really slim, but I'm not going to stop until I find it.

No, Living Things Plus didn't come with an mp3 folder of the show. Just the DVD, sadly. You could always rip the DVD audio but the rips out there are really shitty in quality, IMO, they are very low volume and don't sound nearly as good as the DVD, IMO.

Thanks for letting me know. I just purchased ATS+ on Amazon and was going to purchase LT+ as well, because I was led to believe it included an mp3 as well after stumbling upon this playlist on Youtube, but not anymore.

  10. I'm confused about A Thousand Suns Plus. I know it was a CD/DVD combination of the full length album on CD and the Live In Madrid performance on DVD, but I've been seeing a lot of mp3 versions of the Madrid performance on Youtube as well. The imperfections in the band's performance are fixed out on the mp3 version. How did those who bought ATS+ get access to the mp3?
