"Everyone knows my opinion when it comes to all the bitching, It really ruins this site."
It' call a debate man. You have to accept that.
And because I prefer HT EP, HT, Reanimation and Meteora so I am a bad fan ?
Do not believe that i am a stupid guy who say "WE WANT METAL, LP is METAL". If you looks into my Ipod, i listen Metal, Rock, Hip Hop, Techno, Jazz, Classical Music... and After Meteora I was the first who want to LP evolve...but not in this direction...
I'm not a big fan of ATS, musically it's a bad album (in my opinion "When They come For me" is the only great song of the album) but for me it's a huge step up from MTM and I'm okay with this. It's not nearly as good as the old stuff but I can live with it. Nothing and nobody can take away Hybrid Theory EP from me In my opinion, this is the masterpiece of LP. I give a chance at ATS because I thought they did some really nice experiments on that record instead of going the safe way and writing guaranteed radio hit songs for money like they did on MTM that did absolutely nothing for me.
My real problem is that Linkin Park used to be original and nothing else really sounded like them. Now they sound like everything else.
All band i listen evolved, but they don't loose their identity like Linkin Park. Compare the evolution of Deftones and you will understand that i mean. So try to make your own opinion and don't believe that at all Statements of the band.
And the last time i saw LP, the public was so bored, it's was fucking terrible. So try to understand why the old fans are totally disappointing.
Sorry for my bad English. I hope you will understand me.
i couldn't have said it better!

No hate. I was just saying the I doubt a HT-less setlist would ever happen. (and I LOVE Meteora)
Still curious about the ITE thing. Does anyone know off the top of their head if LP has done a set without it?
i believe there has been one show in 2000 or 2001.. can't remember which one though.

This would definitely confirm what Elias told me at the Julien-K Frankfurt show
Hope it happens and not only this one, I think I need more DBS than the current LP

Linking Park - Lying From You
what a fail
thanks for uploading!
-
OMG, I though exactly the same
It's not. LPTV in 2007/2008 had shit from the very old days (like High Voltage) included in the LPTV too.
-
me is interested in the lossless version
Seconded
-
man i want them to perform "Systeme De Sexe" again... one of the first songs i ever heard by them (with Kick The Bass) and i liked it pretty much^^
-
Thats nice, but we have the right form an opinion. And they are fortunate to be playing on such stages, and having fans. There are THOUSANDS of immensely talented musicians who are just as talented as LP but they will never reach their fame or fortune. SO, if we the fans, who pay the tickets to go see them live *which is where the main $$$ comes from* then we reserve the right to bitch when we can't even get ONE old song. How many fans are they trying to get by playing nothing but singles? Yeah, some people will be disappointed if they don't play this certain single... so what. Do something for the fans who have been there through every evolution stage. They are not gods or above bitching and complaining.
They are extremely commercial to the point that its annoying, i'm not calling them sellouts per se either.

right you are fearoftheduck
anyone here can tell me how Limp Bizkit's reception was? (or even their setlist) i would be interrested in that^^
-
The intro is amazing! They should do that more often...wow...
i bet that intro wasn't even done by any of the band members... that's why its 1st so amazing and 2nd it doesn't get played at any other show and it got labeled as "moscow intro"
-
too bad mike didnt do high voltage at BIO
-
there is a full source of the show uploaded on youtube, but the tape turned out quite bad:
-
If you go on setlist.fm they have all their sets up on there
i need live updates for the live guide i am running
-
If anyone is going, is there any chance that someone tweets the Limp Bizkit set? I know y'all hate the band but i would like to know what the band plays!
-
cool recording... are you planing to release it for downloading?
right now no.. as i said in the other thread, i uploaded the best quality possible on youtube, i rendered the mpg file with watermark out of the master dv file and then uploaded it on YT
-
Thank you for that awesomeness:)
this. I was watching this last night, good job Garo
thank you
-
i wanna know what the band did over Bleed It Out
-
I was on Cologne and Berlin shows, so I was wondering why audience is so... crazy NOT. Anyway, thank you very much for uploading this video!
No problem
-
tell me one thing... what's wrong with this audience? :|
someone should share video from Cologne...
It has 2 reasons why the audience is low and also not that much crowded:
1st: The event started 1 hour late whcih meant that the band started playing 10 minutes after the entrance
2nd: julien-k were the first ones to open that night, there were people shouting for an encore though
Thanks Jonas for sharing this here, i hope y'all will enjoy it
as for now i dont want to release the DVD, but you can be sure that i uploaded the best quality possible (dvd format .mpg , directly rendered from the master dv file) .

one step closer quite in the middle of the set is really interresting
new divide opening is great
EDIT:
The premiere event and our performance of "Iridescent" will be highlighted on MTV, MTV2, mtvU, VH1 Classic and Palladia at 8:55pm ET/PT tomorrow, on June 24. A 30-minute piece will air next week on June 30 in English speaking countries. Stay tuned for details and times.

lol its the same setlist as leipzig, hamburg and münchen. still a better one than b16. the reason why we got no further videos of the show could be due to very tight securities.
