  1. Videos looks very good. Never expected this because of the lower bitrate but the compression was really good I think.

But the audio...well it sounds like it's higher pitched and yeah some kind of mono I don't know.

There's still the option to dub the audio with this version https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eTrBeuU0vJ4.

Wonder why Pro7 used such a shitty audio but maybe the taper...well ''fixed'' it for reasons ??!!

    EDIT:

Maybe it's because of the PAL changing. Cause the Youtube version has 23.976fps

so maybe it didn't fit so they had to screw it up...haha I don't know just a guess ^^

  2. When I rip something I always try to do it in the best possible way.

Even If I will make 202 or 192 or for example - 128, this will still not the real quality of 128 kbps. If I create MP3 128 kbps from CD - that's the real quality.

But making 320 from a lower bitrate won't chage anything besides the file size.

So in this case 224 would be the best way.

The uploaded video(audio is already lossy so you'll always loose some quality

compared to the raw video file (before uploading) so it dosen't make sense giving it 320.

And btw I guess that many people can't hear differences even between 192-320kbps

when making a cd rip for example.

But anyway this wasn't to offend you I just wanted to know how you did

and thanks for your work here.

  3.

Yeah dude probably someone who works for MTV, I hope someday maybe in 10 years the full show will leak

Is your nickname on youtube PhoenixLP220? he gave me a link to this thread I needed the original files for the IMR&GU videos

I have a extremely crappy TV tuner, if they broadcast it again I can record it.. but it really sucks balls the image looks shitty.

    No that's me actually :P

  4. If that's true, then how did someone get Let Down in 720p?

Because a tv channel did the HD broadcast but not mtv.com which offers vod of course.

The first time I've noticed abouth these vod HD videos was last year with san diego 2014 and rar 2014 but I didn't see such an option before on their sites so it's easy to explain.

Well it's just a theory with the tv broadcast.

I just downloaded this video from the site:

''Ulalume Festival Performer: Dead by Sunrise featuring Chester Bennington of Linkin Park (31.08.2009)''

and there was no option for 720p not even 480p so I doubt that this site offered anything above this resolution back then.

  5. Well thanks to the new year I can't upload anything for the moment BUT for some reason I already had it in my MEGA account xD
So here it is it's the raw mpg file I grabbed last year but I wasn't correct at the file size.

It also misses OSC since it comes from the same website.
