LPPRJKT4 Posted November 14, 2008 Posted November 14, 2008 About a month ago Mike Shinoda made a statement about the CD saying tht there will be no live tracks and no demos off the next album. But they can't make the CD all "exclusive" LPU songs. If they put any M2M demos on it do you guys agree tht What I've Done will def be one of them? It is one of their biggest hits and is also their comeback song. I believe tht if any M2M demos are on this year's EP, this will def be one of them.
Revolution1985 Posted November 14, 2008 Posted November 14, 2008 you could be right, but with LP who the fuck knows lol. they are pretty unpredictable and random
JZLP-Benningstrong Posted November 14, 2008 Posted November 14, 2008 they dont like to release demos like other bands the used even posts free demos in their myspace.. they should do it that way
Joe_lp Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 i think it's not LP, warner fucks them really bad so i think if lp wasnt on warner, it's be easier get stuffs like demos, instrumentals, blah blah blah..
auburntiger Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 not sure about M2M demos, but I would be willing to bet a dollar to a stale donut that you'll see Breaking the Habit in some fashion on there.

Lmao watch how it's like "a never before played studio version of BTH!!!" By studio I mean cuz they dropped the acoustic intro for now.

Astat Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 There may not even be a What I've Done demo. It was the last song recorded for the album, after they'd already finished recording at Laurel. I've always been under the impression that they just went into the studio at NRG with a rough idea of how the song should sound, recorded it, and that was the final version. If any song on MTM doesn't have a demo, WID is it.
Geki Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 I want to hear a demo version of Given Up or In Pieces really bad.
JZLP-Benningstrong Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 i would love to have a SOTD demo i remember that Chester said that SOTD had 20 different intros..
stevie Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 what about a MTM song where Mike sings instead of Chester? That would be awesome
Deseo Sangre Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 There should be a recording of Chester singing No Roads Left.
WizzyKid Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 As far as demo's go, I would love to hear a No More Sorrow demo. Hearing a rawer version of that would be pretty sweet!
Geki Posted December 4, 2008 Posted December 4, 2008 I want to hear a demo with Mike singing Leave Out All The Rest, as shown on the making of MTM DVD.
LPPRJKT4 Posted December 5, 2008 Author Posted December 5, 2008 i want chester version of NRL There is a bigger possibility of that being leaked somewhere someday, NRL being such a popular song and all.
SergSlim Posted December 5, 2008 Posted December 5, 2008 We now know LPU8 CD tracklist and there are no demos at all. Topic closed.
