Pooch & Dylan commented that they were the incorrect versions that were released. The next day, the songs were removed and then finally, the "fixed" versions were uploaded in their place. Both versions of both tracks exist. The fixes were dealing with Chester's vocals since he struggled on both songs during this show. Pooch's comments were, "Canberra - was a show that we had technical difficulties with. In the end we spent a bunch of time re-editing stuff in order to release something that we were proud of. Sounds like you were downloading the files during the time we were having this discussion about what to do with them. We decided ultimately to take those files down from the site, do some re-editing and mixing, and releasing them as a better version."

    - This was the only time that the studio version of 'The Radiance' was performed. After this show, the Oppenheimer speech was removed from it, leaving just the instrumental, and Joe live scratched the Savio speech from 'Wretches And Kings' after it.

    - Right when 'Bleed It Out' started, the crowd started to sing the first verse. Mike pointed the mic at them, let them finish, then he immediately jumped into it. During the bridge, the band turned to Rob to try and get him to do a drum solo. Chester started singing the bridge and Brad even stopped playing for a brief moment to further encourage Rob. Rob ended up not playing the solo and Chester just finished the singalong with the crowd.

    Debut(s):

    - This was the first time that 'The Requiem', 'The Radiance', 'Wretches And Kings', 'Jornada Del Muerto' and 'Fallout' were performed live. 'Wretches And Kings' was listed on the setlist with parentheses around it because the band was unsure, even up to show time, whether they were going to play the song or not, but they decided to play it at the last minute.

    Other Notes:

    - This was the album release show for A Thousand Suns. The only way to get in to the show was to buy tickets that were available to LPU members, those who preordered LPUX, and those who preordered A Thousand Suns from linkinpark.com. The show was sold out.

    - There was no opening band or LPU Meet & Greet at this show.

    - Linkin Park held a contest where fans could take handheld video cameras around with them the day of the show and film their entire day. Some of this footage is seen on the MySpace videos.

    - While the crowd was present during the day, the band rehearsed 'Waiting For The End' two times followed by the first seven songs in the set. They played a partial version of 'In The End' as well as some intros and samples ('Crawling', 'Numb', etc). Later that night, they played the full show.

    - 'Jornada Del Muerto' was on the setlist for the show but was skipped for an unknown reason. 'Given Up', 'No More Sorrow', 'Crawling' and 'One Step Closer' were usually a part of the setlist at this time, but were not in the set for this show.

    - During the bridge of 'Bleed It Out', Mike rapped the first verse of 'A Place For My Head' followed by Chester singing the bridge.

    - 'One Step Closer' was not in the setlist at this show.

    Other Notes:

    - The show was played for free for the EMA's at the Puerta de Alcalá monument in Madrid - fans had to RSVP to attend, with LPU'ers getting a chance to go as well. However, the band's set length was not announced prior to the show, so a lot of fans in Spain missed out on the show due to them thinking that Linkin Park would perform just one song for the EMA's.

    - LP won the award for "Best Live Act" (presented by Slash) and invited their crew on stage with them when they accepted the award.

    - 'Waiting For The End' was aired on MTV during the EMA's.

    - The band released a DVD of the show (minus one song) in 2011 to go with the 'A Thousand Suns+' release. Additionally, a Puerta de Alcalá EP / A Thousand Suns (Bonus Version) was released to iTunes with six songs.
