    - This show has gotten some rather interesting reviews from area reporters. It has been said that Scott from Stone Temple Pilots took off all his clothes by the end of his set and pulled his genitalia between his legs and started cussing wildly at the crowd. Then, Chester came out and started licking Scott's thighs.

    - Aaron Lewis of Staind came out and sang on 'One Step Closer'.

    Other Notes:

    - The band thought that Deadsy's stage set looked like a putting green, so they we came out dressed like golfers with clubs and balls and proceeded to play golf on stage during their show. This is documented on The Sequel To The DVD With The Worst Name We've Ever Come Up With. In addition to this prank, Linkin Park sent out their Director of Merchandise Joel "Bull" Hendricks riding a tiny bicycle with his underwear on his head while Staind played 'It's Been Awhile.'

    - Stone Temple Pilots invited every band in the tour to sing 'Sex Type Thing' with them. A video was released in the members area of the official tour website.

    - The entire show was recorded by Le Mobile, but due to a PA problem 'With You' and 'Runaway' were messed up. 'One Step Closer' from this show was released on the 'Family Values Tour 2001' CD.

    - The setlist for this show that has been around for years reportedly was in the order of 'With You', 'Runaway', 'Papercut', 'Points Of Authority', 'Pushing Me Away', 'Step Up', 'Crawling', 'In The End', 'And One', 'A Place For My Head', 'By Myself', 'My December', 'Forgotten', and 'One Step Closer'. That order is inconsistent with what the band was playing on this tour, but we left it the same since it was reported this way in 2001. With the 'And One' for 'High Voltage' swap, it's possible that the band swapped the order up a little bit. For example, 'Step Up' appeared three days later between 'Points Of Authority' and 'Pushing Me Away'. This order is unconfirmed and the only logical conclusion we can draw from this show is the addition of 'And One' for 'High Voltage'. It is entirely possible that 'Step Up' was moved up mid-set at this show and the encore was 'My December', 'Forgotten', and 'One Step Closer', but we are not going to assume anything and change what we have listed.

    - To get in the spirit of KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas, LP played four acoustic songs in a row - the first time they had ever played acoustically. The stage turned before their "acoustic set" began, revealing a specially-designed Christmas-themed set for the band. Rob had Christmas lights on his drumkit, stools across the stage, there was a piano for Mike, the cello was brought out for Phoenix, acoustic guitars donned the stage, etc. Brad told Chester before 'Pushing Me Away' that it was like they were on "VH1 Storytellers". 'My December' featured Brad on acoustic guitar, so we are calling that an acoustic performance of the song. Phoenix stayed on the cello and Brad (Mike too, for the first two) donned an acoustic guitar for 'Pushing Me Away', 'Crawling', and 'In The End'. 'Crawling' featured an acoustic guitar intro by Brad and had Aaron Lewis from Staind on the song. Mike played piano on 'My December' and the second half of 'In The End'. Brad also played the 'A Place For My Head' intro on acoustic before the stage turns back before the song kicks in.

    - After 'Step Up', Chester says it's like the "KROQ Almost Acoustic Hanukkah" since the 9th was the first day of Hanukkah.

    - B-Real from Cypress Hill introduced Linkin Park to the stage.

    - The festival consisted of two stages, each inside a separate hangar at the Events Center - Jade Chamber and Crimson Chamber. Between the two hangars many booths were set up promoting various radio stations and selling food, drink, and products ranging from T-shirts to CDs to water pipes. Bands that played in the Jade Chamber consisted mainly of electronica and turntablists, while groups in the Crimson Chamber consisted of live bands and hip-hop bands.

    - 'Crawling' was released in a multi-angle video on the 'Frat Party At The Pancake Festival' DVD with the studio version overdubbed, but with the crowd noise mixed in. You can pick from 3 angles (wide angle, stage angle, pit angle) to watch it in.

    - The band messed up the end of 'Crawling'. It appears that Brad briefly stopped playing near the end.

    - Before 'In The End', Chester said that it was the first time the band had ever done something like that, referring to them playing a radio performance for fans before a headlining show later that night.

    - Stockholm and Frederiksberg were originally listed as being the first two shows of this tour. The Frederiksberg cancellation was on September 7th, 2001, so we assume the Stockholm cancellation was around that time too (just before the tour began). In March 2016, a tour itinerary for this tour was obtained. Both shows are not listed and the first tour date in the itinerary is Hamburg. The only announcement we can find about the cancellation reads, "Because of the "restructuring" of their U.S. tour has Linkin Park decided to cancel their concert in KB Hallen 9 september. Since there is no immediate prospect of a replacement concert, the tickets will be refunded where they were purchased until 15 October." This show was not found by LPLive until late 2013 when a tour shirt from the Hybrid Theory European Tour was found on eBay that listed both Stockholm and Frederiksberg on it.

    - Due to the canceled Copenhagen show in 2003, Linkin Park did not return to Denmark until May 2007.
