    - To get in the spirit of KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas, LP played four acoustic songs in a row - the first time they had ever played acoustically. The stage turned before their "acoustic set" began, revealing a specially-designed Christmas-themed set for the band. Rob had Christmas lights on his drumkit, stools across the stage, there was a piano for Mike, the cello was brought out for Phoenix, acoustic guitars donned the stage, etc. Brad told Chester before 'Pushing Me Away' that it was like they were on "VH1 Storytellers". 'My December' featured Brad on acoustic guitar, so we are calling that an acoustic performance of the song. Phoenix stayed on the cello and Brad (Mike too, for the first two) donned an acoustic guitar for 'Pushing Me Away', 'Crawling', and 'In The End'. 'Crawling' featured an acoustic guitar intro by Brad and had Aaron Lewis from Staind on the song. Mike played piano on 'My December' and the second half of 'In The End'. Brad also played the 'A Place For My Head' intro on acoustic before the stage turns back before the song kicks in.

    - After 'Step Up', Chester says it's like the "KROQ Almost Acoustic Hanukkah" since the 9th was the first day of Hanukkah.

    - Right before 'One Step Closer,' the band played a short cover of Outkast's 'So Fresh, So Clean.'

In March 2016, a tour itinerary for this tour was obtained. Both shows are not listed and the first tour date in the itinerary is Hamburg. The only announcement we can find about the cancellation reads, "Because of the "restructuring" of their U.S. tour has Linkin Park decided to cancel their concert in KB Hallen 9 september. Since there is no immediate prospect of a replacement concert, the tickets will be refunded where they were purchased until 15 October." This show was not found by LPLive until late 2013 when a tour shirt from the Hybrid Theory European Tour was found on eBay that listed both Stockholm and Frederiksberg on it.

    - Due to the canceled Copenhagen show in 2003, Linkin Park did not return to Denmark until May 2007.

    Older Linkin Park fansites (pre-LPLive) listed these shows as being canceled due to passport issues with Linkin Park. In March 2016 with the discovery of a tour itinerary from this tour, we can confirm that this is not the case. Linkin Park was not scheduled to ever play these shows. Instead, the Street Soldiers' Tour ended on February 24th, and Linkin Park left the U.S. three days later on February 27th for Madrid, where they started the tour. The reason for this is because the band was in Los Angeles to shoot the music video for 'Crawling'.

    what's up, peoples!? so we're out here in montpellier, france right now; we just finished three dates in madrid, san sebastian, and barcelona. please excuse any typing errors, as french keyboards are vastly different from the ones i'm used to. anyway, the shows have been going great, and we hope all the people wathcing are having as much fun as we are...it's interesting: mentally, we have to backtrack, and get used to playing in front of people who haven't heard us before. the album hasn't been out for very long out here, and not that many people are familiar with the songs (or the english language either, for that matter). so it's been a fun challenge to play extra hard, and hopefully we'll have some video footage for you to see someday. i love hearing people sing our songs with heavy accents.

    french food is for the experienced...i have a hard time finding places i can eat at. it's all good though. we haven't gambled on this tour yet. but we have hung out with the deftones and taproot. lucky we haven't gambled with them, becuase i know none of us or taproot could hang if stephan bet his rolex on a hand of cards. word.

    3/04/01: SPAIN, FRANCE

    what's up, peoples!? so we're out here in montpellier, france right now; we just finished three dates in madrid, san sebastian, and barcelona. please excuse any typing errors, as french keyboards are vastly different from the ones i'm used to. anyway, the shows have been going great, and we hope all the people wathcing are having as much fun as we are...it's interesting: mentally, we have to backtrack, and get used to playing in front of people who haven't heard us before. the album hasn't been out for very long out here, and not that many people are familiar with the songs (or the english language either, for that matter). so it's been a fun challenge to play extra hard, and hopefully we'll have some video footage for you to see someday. i love hearing people sing our songs with heavy accents.

    french food is for the experienced...i have a hard time finding places i can eat at. it's all good though. we haven't gambled on this tour yet. but we have hung out with the deftones and taproot. lucky we haven't gambled with them, becuase i know none of us or taproot could hang if stephan bet his rolex on a hand of cards. word.

    - This is the first confirmed show on this tour that we know of where 'Crawling' was dropped for 'Pushing Me Away'. 'Crawling' was played at the first two shows in Madrid and San Sebastian but due to the Montpellier recording being incomplete, we don't know if it made it to the fourth show or not. Sometime in between San Sebastian and this show is when it was dropped (either Barcelona or Montpellier). Prior to September 2018 when this setlist was added, we thought 'Crawling' could have made it to Milano and Wien, but we now know that it did not.

    we just played our first of two shows in manchester last night. this tour has been excellent...today, we were greeted here in london by some kids (who showed up before ANY of the crew of bands got here) with a 4-foot hand drawn poster of the band; we signed it and they're going to keep it for their collection...

    thank you guys for showing up at the shows. this tour has been an awesome experience. tonight's show is at a ridiculously huge venue, the biggest we've played so far.

    - 'Crawling' was performed in a shortened version, the first known case of Linkin Park doing this live for TV purposes. This happened again later in their career for television. 'Crawling' is missing a full chorus near the end of the song.

    - Originally, this show was rumored for years to have been in September 2001. Upon discovery of tour itineraries from 2001 in March 2016, we were able to confirm that yes, there was a canceled Top of the Pops performance on September 13, 2001. We had this date listed as being on March 24, 2001 before the London Docklands Arena show, but the tour itinerary discovery finally confirmed the date as being on March 8, 2001 between the Italy and Austria shows.
    - The band may have performed more than just these three songs (the case with Top of the Pops 2003 can be used as support for this). However, only these three were broadcasted. A February 2023 discovery of internal Top of the Pops tapes leads to the suggestion that only these three songs ended up being performed.
