My fellow LP fans,

 

I've always been proud to be apart of the LP community because of how we can all come together and make some cool stuff happen. Today will be no exception. In 2007 members of the LPU in Australia presented a petition to bring back A Place For My Head to their setlists. As most know this didn't happen until the band's 2008 European tour. BUT the point is, IT GOT BROUGHT BACK. Also the fact the band played it "unrehearsed" last year tells me that they can play it whenever they want. They just need to hear the roar of their fanbase to convince them. I believe if we can make another petition, send it to all of the guys, via their twitter(s), facebook page, Mike Shinoda's blog, we as a fanbase can be the difference we want to see in this band's live show.

Chester will be interviewed by my local radio station in Detroit 4:30 PM Eastern. The DJ doing the interview asked on facebook for questions to ask him. I asked him to have him ask Chester if he could help convince the rest of the guys to bring back APFMH for the North American Tour and pass along the petition. I thought I saw this hoodie a couple weeks ago on the LP merch store and was waiting for xmas money but now I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know if they are still selling it or where I can get it.

I'll be there on the 26th but I can't attend the activities on the 25th since I'll be at the Detroit show. Very excited to know they are doing a sound check, especially since Mike said during the LPU Video Chat that they don't really need to do one anymore. Hopefully they bring back the LPU Jam Session it seems like that was really popular. Also to note is "The International LPU Summit pass includes (but is not limited to)" which means they might announce more things as we get closer to the date.

I'm with you I love the design for the grey one but would rather see that on the blue shirt. Also kinda bummed shirt sizes only go up to XL, I personally wear XXL because I like my shirts a little loose especially if im going to an LP concert, it really reduces heat from moving around so much.

I just changed the ticket a little bit ago too, so if people reserved a ticket before I did that, their ticket won't work.

 

..and this is why people need to wait to take action with this until WE ANNOUNCE IT. It's not announced yet for a reason.

Seeing how I am one of those who jumped on the wagon and already printed out the ticket, will I and the others who already did this be able to just print out the new one when its available or will we have to submit something to topspin?

Detroit show for me, sucks there is no Nashville show, I have a lot of friends down there. Also sucks I don't get paid until Wed, so looks like only the LP.com presale for me....

LP just won Best Live Act, against Muse, Bon Jovi, Kings of Leon... they are acting after miley cyrus!

As much as I wanted to see LP win Best Live Act, I didn't think they would beat Bon Jovi. Way to go guys!

Wonder if they play WFTE twice like they did for The Catalyst @ the US VMA if that's the song that is going to be broadcasted.

Glad to know some DSP's will be different since LP decided to switch up some songs!

Well this is the last week of October and LPUX is suppose to come out sometime this month and we still have heard very little except the preorder info, on presale benefits, and the LPU Summit. Will any more information be released or will it be delayed until sometime in November.

Sound off on your thoughts.

I was thinking of downloading these tracks but I waited on watching YouTube videos and honestly imo the track pack is terrible. It reminds me how much I hate Guitar Hero and how Rock Band is far more superior. If I'm playing guitar I wanna play guitar, not play the piano or Joe's parts on guitar, its just not fun. Also the drums are over charted like none other. Honestly they should of just put old songs in Guitar Hero, ATS will work perfectly in Rock Band 3 with the added keyboard and vocal harmonies.

Theres definitely going to be one in LA I assume. CANT WAIT!

Hopefully if they do this in the US also, there's each one for West and East coast.

I'll have mine on Thursday, can't wait to see the artwork, I also have been putting off watching the DVD on Hulu since I wanted to wait until I got my copy.

And yeah Mike confirmed the other day they'll be playing more than 1.

Are they gonna broadcast more than one song, or just "The Catalyst" I was under the impression they only were gonna show that on MTV.

Parts of me like to think that the FIF track (WTCFM) is a shot at the label, I will quote it till the day I die to the zomg bring back HT and Meteora people as I'd like to think a bit of that is directed at these fans stuck in the year 2000.

I agree with you 100+% WTCFM is Mike telling the people to say goodbye to HT and Meteora because they are done with that sound and will continue to evolve and change. M2M grew on some people and I know ATS will to, and I can't wait to see their live interpretations of ATS songs, bring on the 14th!
