  1. In order to (1) address some issues that have cropped up with our forum's search system, (2) fully comply with our software's recommended settings and (3) maintain a more uniform decor across the board we will be modifying usernames (both login and display) to match the same rules as everyone who has registered since the 5.0 launch.

Simply put, if your username includes characters that are not letters, numbers or dashes it will have to be tweaked. Foreign characters, symbols, punctuation, etc. will have to go, which effects quite a lot of people. Note that if your current username includes a space no action needs to be taken but new usernames should not include spaces.

If your username needs an update, please reply to this thread or send me a PM with a new one. Thank you everyone for your understanding.

Rock music has gone this direction that's basically become like indie pop jingles. It's like songs that could be on Nickelodeon, Nick Jr. and the Disney Channel. And I feel like I can't see myself writing music like that. I don't wanna follow that trend. ... Whats going on out there in rock music, is that rock music, even the most popular ones, are not really influencing the zeitgeist. Its not moving the needle of pop culture. And I dont want rock to be pop.

Do you agree that "rock" has effectively devolved into "pop?" Who are some of your favorite "heavy" rock bands?

  4. If the story in the OP is true then I'm on team Brad. You're a professional working alongside others. If you want to smoke weed, do it on your property, on your time. Doesn't matter what genre of music you play. If I or anyone else here not only brought weed to work but started smoking it there, we would be fired immediately.
