  1. You'll get yhr email 3 hours before or a couple days. Im confused. Cuase i got the email saying to wait for further instructions. Thats crazy to make me wait till like 3 hours b4. Im dying to find out.

You will get an email 3-7 days before the show telling you that you have been selected for a M&G. Then at the show, you will go to the Will Call (Box Office) booth. They will have further instructions for you (Where to meet, what time, etc...). There will also be an email with these instructions sent to you around 3 hours before the M&G. I have only been to one in 2008 so I'm not an expert on this, but this is how I did it back then and I was fine. Hope you get a M&G!

P.S. I have also known people to not receive their emails and then go to the show without knowing that they won a M&G. Even if you're sure that you didn't get a M&G, it never hurts to go up the the Will Call (Box Office) booth and ask if your name is on the list. ;)

  2. 1st Question: Yes. I don't know how to describe it, but he adds another click on every second loop in the verse in 2001. In the 2004 version, he does a regular loop through the entire verse.

2nd Question: Hasn't Mike always done it normal? Are you talking about the bridge? I know in 2003, Mike does it whispering and in 2010, he does it singing. So yes, 2003 is the album version.

3rd Question: Yes and No. The 2010 intro is the same as the album version, which was done in 2000-2003. They played it with a long synth intro from 2004 - 2009.

  3. I saw this yesterday on TV. The channel it was on is Palladia HD.

    The *UPDATED* tracklist is:

    1. New Divide

    2. Somewhere I Belong

    --Commercial Break--

    3. In The End

    4. Hands Held High (Verse 1 A Cappella)

    5. Crawling (KRWLNG Intro w/ Hands Held High (2))

    --Commercial Break--

    6. One Step Closer

I have this on my DVR so I'm going to find out how to record it to my PC and we'll go from there.

  4. i pray every night that they will have no involvement with this horrible abomination that some refer to as transformers. I did the first one, was a decent watch and cool to hear LP, second one was horrific but i liked how ND was worked into the score. The movie however was so bad it far outweighs the pros. I can't see the third one being any beter.

Well, they took out the Megan Fox Transformer, so it'll be at least 30% better.

Wait. What? She wasn't a Transformer you say? Could have fooled me. The way she acts, she might as well be a robot.

However, any LP involvement with Trans 3 is a good thing for me. Hans Zimmer did an awesome job with the score last time and I think BITS could be transformed (pun intended) into an awesome movie score. This has me excited!

  5. Has anyone else received their ticket from the LPU presale? It said that the tickets would be mailed out on Dec. 15th but I have not seen them yet. It would not surprise me if Topspin fucked this all up.

Update: Topspin said that they made my ticket Will Call and I will be able to pick them up at the Venue's Box Office. They said if I still received my ticket in the mail, that I wouldn't be able to use it, just the one at Will Call.

  6. That was such a fucking good show. Where'd you sit at? Band was on fire, crowd was loud as hell. Place blew the hell up on OSC to start the encore.

I sat near the back of the amphitheater seats. Amazing show. My video of Wake:

  8. The blue one is sick, but I'm not feeling the white one...the catch line is kinda dramatic.

This. Sick designs on both shirts, nevertheless. I ordered a Blue one. It also helps that blue is my favorite color. ;)

  9. If you can't tell that's Chester then I'm not sure what to tell you.

    That's what I said. It's Chester. I was surprised he couldn't tell.

I stand corrected. Seeing how it was the same key as what Mike was singing, I naturally assumed that it was Mike singing. But now listening to it again, I hear that it is Chester closing out the song.

I also think it is great when Astat comes in and pwns everybody (including myself). I think it is funny when people get offended and defensive when he does it. I just want to thank Astat for his infinite LP knowledge. You are a God among men. lol.
