Still with us? The official makeup show for that canceled Sept 11 show was the second show of Linkin Park's LP Underground Tour in February 2003, when they performed at Docks in Hamburg. A very interesting fact about that venue (and the city of Hamburg) is that it's the ONLY venue in the world in which Linkin Park (2003), Fort Minor (2005), and Dead By Sunrise (2009) all performed at.

 

Awesome post, good reading. Minor correction, the DBS show was not until 2010 at Docks in Hamburg. It was an epic show though, and Chester was really on fire during the DBS shows that winter.

No, only one EE per member. Tell your friend to join LPU, it will be worth every dollar for front row, trust me.

What year did LP stop selling DSP's at the merch booth? I bought one at the Mansfield 2007 show but that was the only time I ever even asked about it. Was it 2012?

I remember getting them from merch booths in Europe for Projekt Rev 2011, but they were gone for the 2012 summer festivals.

I think it is unlikely that they will add more shows, but I definitely think they will be back in Europe next summer, for another festival run.

Ive attended a few meet n greets in the past, and they usually let you back into the venue all the way in the back. Dont expect to be at the front row if you get a meet n greet pass. I prefer seats when entering for meet n greet. Best of luck

Can someone explain to me why they always start the ticket sale a few hours after the announcement?! that annoys me so much.

I can explain to you that I am equally bummed about this.. So annoying that they do that.....

Bring it. I will take on most of the European tour in the fall. Hoping for 7-8 shows at least.

Well, just wanna add to this - that with the weak european run for Living Things, I surely think (and hope) that they will schedule a full headline european tour for the new album, possibly during the winter 2014/2015.

Exciting. And now we know that the album won't be out until after the european summer tour.

It's been years since a european headline tour... Getting pretty tired of all those festivals - and pretty hard to hit multiple shows because of the skyrocking ticket prices.

Well, it's really hard to pick the greatest, but in my opinion Rock am Ring 2004 really stands out as one of the best concerts of all time. I think many fans can agree to that.

Also, the Berlin show last year (2012) was great since the venue only held around 1500 people.

Maybe it's just me, but I'm a little bummed that Living Things tour didn't bring a single show to Europe? That seems kinda odd........

Approx. mid-show, Chester did his little "end-of-show" dance, like he does at the end of every concert. Unfortunately noone in the crowd reacted to it, which lead to Chester shaking his head in disappointment.

The show was filmed and released on March 29, 2013 as a Living Things CD+DVD combo.

In Denmark "Channel 5" use Waiting for the End as background music to 1min preview of a few crime investigation series. Can't remember exactly which ones, but its awesome
