Yeah i was in Hannover 2008 and tomorrow it is 6 years ago but i know every single song on the setlist and also the great video screen behind the band for example "hands held high"

I think they will play only a few more shows in europe in summer. maybe 6 more shows than they will play a US tour in august/ september and than they will come back to europe for a full 4 weeks euro tour in fall (maybe october/november), because it makes no sense that they will only play 2 festivals and maybe 2 headline shows in germany.... here in germany LP makes the big money with their ticket prices. watch out the different prices between germany and the other countries with the Euro like 2008. 64 euros berlin show in june and in riga only ~35 euros.

 

but we will see^^

I don't think that they will play PinkPop this year.... RIP/RAR are on the same weekend like PinkPop.

 

But i hope that they will play a longer euro tour in more countries than 2012. Maybe like 2008 in my opinion that was last real euro tour with many dates in different countries.

Interesting development. I thought the only way to get tickets for this was by donating and winning tickets, but good to see it's a show for everyone so that's great.

I wonder how much the tickets are...

Same thoughts here.... i think that not enough people have rised the winning limit for the tickets with donating money... so they have to sell tickets or play only in front of 100 people XD

The package was $60 with a Summit and now it's $57 WITHOUT a Summit? Who in the world decided to do that?? How much are the Summits? I sure hope it's $3. The ENTIRE incentive in LPU 12 to get the full $60 membership was the Summit pass because it was really discounted (aka you get way more bang for your buck) if you bought the whole package.

 

Why is it so expensive? If a Summit pass hypothetically is $50, then that's $107 for LPU? Do what?

And a friend of mine said that it will cost 90 dollar to buy the whole package with shipping to Germany.... plus maybe also tax here.... wtf!

I think they will play 2 or 3 other Uk shows without all HT songs and also will do a few projekt revolution shows in Germany and maybe France, Italy .....

Maybe at ProRev they will play the full HT-setlist but at the other shows not

Maybe in april or may the new album! and after this in june in euro-tour after this a summer-tour in the us and everyone is happy^^

Me too! I think Gossip was pretty cool, it was quite entertaining. Kasabian was seriously the shittiest band of the entire day, the crowd got really pissed since they said "rock am ring" instead of "rock im park" easily like 10 times or more. Too much of a rockstar to get the festival name right?

I was pretty disappointed by Soundgarden, they just came, played their set and left. That's what it felt like to me. I think Chris Cornell never moved away from his micstand.

I was in the 2nd row on the left at the end of the stage. You barely see that spot during the show. A few times during Waiting For The End but you cant really see me lol.

 

My personal highlight from that day at the festival. Before Soundgarden someone from the stage crew came out to remove the water from the side of the stage. This must have been filmed veeery close to me.

 

 

He was called "Der Wischer" which translates to "The Wiper". The crowd kept yelling for him again before LP, as he was setting up some stuff on stage. He tried to hide but he showed up a again for a short moment and the crowd applauded him haha.

+1, Jonas!! We had so much fun the whole weekend 'Der Wischer' was so fantastic =) So many great memories and yes, the RIP-crowd was really great and there were so much crowd-surfer on OSC, i´ll never see before

i think they will add 5-7 shows to that 4 shows. maybe 2or3 shows beside SummerSonic in Japan, 1 in South Korea, 1 in Thailand.... we will see

 

and there is still hope for an european fall tour in october/november i need my drug..i need LP

That was May 2011, that explains no China shows in 2011 and I'll bet money they don't go back. The Chinese government has to approve (original document) each international performance there and I am pretty positive they'll never allow the band to go back.

i heard APFMH first time in 2008 in hanover and it was so great with the guitar intro and the new intro/outro is awesome as fuck that was the best intro of a show ever in my opinion. but two days later after Rock Im Park i saw them in berlin with the Tinfoil/Faint intro... and there was not the same energy from the beginning. and the same happens with some other songs in every setlist.

... such a shame... they said they will play an euro fall tour in 2012... and now maybe next euro tour in 2014??? and also they played only the half of the LT songs... -.-'
