First listen: I was actually cringing and really hoping it would dramatically get better towards the end.

I was really excited after hearing Mike on the piano. I'm unsure about how the lyrics seem to flow it sounds a little off in the clips we've seen but obviously they're from an earlier stage of the process.

My feelings right now are just curiosity. The synth sounds a little odd so I'm just intrigued as to how it sounds as a finished product but I wouldn't really say I'm hyped

Hype levels at an all time low. Been growing out of their music since THP. their output since 2012 has been too simplistic for me; no lasting appeal. HT, MTM, and ATS are all that I really care to go back to. I feel like they peaked with ATS. not one song since has matched the greatness of that album.

I'll check out the new music for sure and give it a chance but my expectations are low. Sad. Guess my tastes have changed far too much to stay behind with them.

Yeah I'd have to agree with this. Well, about their output since 2012. The songs haven't been great imo. I'm actually very curious to see where this goes though.

What if they don't bring back the DSP's and due to the massive request the next LPU album will be all live tracks?

I would only take that if they give us ALITS from Monterrey

 

I would love to have 5 demos and 5 live tracks, that would make all of us happy.

I figured all this demand for the DSPs back would just make them put more live tracks on LPU CD's. I guess we'll find out in time.

Just because it was a verse of APFMH doesn't means it was good that beat is probably the shittiest thing i've ever heard, it sounds really good in the Powerpuff Girls lol

Mike talked about the request situation in Rome and then took requests for verses over the "funky break" drum beat. He altered the tempo and took requests which were They're They Go (which he'd practiced earlier that day) and APFMH. Was hoping someone louder than myself would shout And One
