I don't even have that new song vibe with it. It's purely average and nothing special.

Regardless of what you think, people don't join lpu for the keychain, the t-shirt, or even the CD. People join for the experience with the band they can't get anywhere else.

Actually, I renew for the t-shirt, CD, and LPUMB. "Experiences with the band" are few and far between. Only recently did Mike start popping up, but now he is usually on to announce an appearance on Ustream.

Guys, dont judge the album because it has auto-tune, auto-tune fucking works with rock, even metal...Proof?

 

 

I hope LP's track with auto-tune is used perfectly just like "Lost".

1. Proof cannot be proof if it is not proof.

 

2. For the [RANDOMHIGHNUBER] time, it's not auto-tune.

Mike explained how the vocals were effected, yet people are still saying it's auto-tune.

No. Jornada del Muerto is a barren , flat, and empty region.

I was curious back when I first heard the remix stems, but slowly I'm starting to place judgment on this song. Now that we're basically getting new clips daily..

 

I'm loving what I've heard and I know once I've digested the full track my expectations for A Thousand Suns will sky rocket further, if that's even possible at this point.

Had it musically been the same as the "rest" I'd still have voted for it because out of all of the submissions it has been the only one that I've listened to that actually altered the tempo of the vocal track to match the music. It's hard for me to focus on the music of someone's submission if you can't even keep things on-tempo.

So I'm wondering if this album will be 'catchy' enough, hmm. But one can't judge by just reading a review of half of the album^^

I don't care if it isn't catchy enough for airplay for some radio station that no one cares about. I want music, not a sequence of hooks.

I consider GU and NMS to be among LP's heaviest tracks to date.

No More Sorrow is on the same political level as American Idiot (the song, Holiday isn't too shabby).

Even without Chester the Riders cover would have been great. I'm curious as to why he'll be on that song.
