Played 8-bit, a good game.

I took the song and it's MV directly out of the 8-bit folder, the quality is better than the LPR rip one

And i disagree. Making music solely to please other people besides your selves; whether it be "hardcore fans"(you obviously use this term to refer to people who are Hybrid Theory fans when in essence, its supposed to refer to anyone who loves the band and the music they make passionately) or the casual mass population is selling out. Outside of yourselves. It can be a small or large group of people. If i went with your definition of "hardcore fans" the Hybrid Theory loving population, then wouldn't it be a lot smarter for LP if they're after money to make music to please them considering that album is still to date their highest grossing album? The figures do not lie. Making another Hybrid Theory would have been the easy way out for them. They took a bigger risk of alienating their fan base by making MTM which is a very bad thing. Some bands never recover from that.

And people say MTM was more radio-friendly. The best songs of that album would never get played on the radio. TLGYA is one of the best under-rated songs of LP simply because it is not hard guitars, screaming, and Mike's rapping. I think Hybrid Theory right now would be more appealing to the mass population seeing as there are a lot of top 40 artists nowadays who have adopted that style.

 

And when you come down to it; the hardcore fans are the fans who bought the 650,000 albums of MTM on the first day and caused it to debut at #1 on Billboards.

 

What people need to come to terms with is just like your taste in music, clothes, food, cognitive ability changes, so do the individuals in a band. It's ridiculous that it's okay to change your favourite song every four weeks but expect a band to never change theirs like they're robots. I mean look at all those imbeciles who continuously want Mike to dye his hair back to red or blue, dress like he did in his twenties, wear piercings, and for Chester to dress like a homeless bum/dye his hair blond. Like it was the dyed hair and baggy clothing that wrote the music. Its like they're mistaken LP for N'Sync. You know, a group whose success depended on their looks.

As they said: "Take one step backward to go more step forward" <= I'm still expecting sth from this!

At first, I just spend my money on Trans 2 just to hear new divide (as I don't like the 1st much).......

The film is great at visual! Very entertaining if you watch it in the cinema and very sleepy if you watch it with a small TV.....and poor speakers.........

It would be great if LP participates in Trans 3 (We could have a new song)...but the movie itself should be better.

I think using "View Page Info" of FireFox is a super duper good way to steal any image from any website (except the site itself disable this feature or it's a bag-of-flash)

1. Other tracks is full of rap/hip-hop things and MJ is just out of the mix

2. The beat is not suitable for they don't really care about us and his voice is covered by the beat.....

when did Mike said that?it doesnt sound like him. i mean he always gives us high hopes, he promised it to be groundbreaking..and even Chester promised it to be "fucking insane" in his twitter

@ to someone wonder why LP don't give us a clue about the name of the song. Because they don't want tons of fake tracks get into the internet and you'll waste your time for checking them.

@ to the asshole: I think you should listen to LP's songs with another artist/bands or cover versions instead of LP if they are the assholes in your eyes.

1. When can we hear the first single of the album?

2. Can you explain these things which Chester said on his Twitter: HEAVY WITHOUT METAL

3. Will Mr.Hahn return to his DJ job like stratching? Will you rap more? Will we hear more Brad's Guitar SOlo and Rob's Drum solo in the album?

For the question 2: Because most of LP fans in my country are worry about that line (HEAVY WITHOUT METAL)...I just want to make it clear for them.

I wanted to keep it the same way as the original cover.

Ok..some review:

Faint:...yeah like what you said...hard to recognize what the differences is from the old version...but it's good (9/10)

Figure.09: Like the first version...because I heard it before so....I don't have any impression with it (this means you should do something..or just keep it if you want). (9/10)

Fear: OK, now the problems is Mike voice when he sings with Chester still so small (make the final bridge as loud as the first version + make's Mike voice louder in the final chorus. And I miss the rap part of fear...maybe you can put it in the second bridge. (8/10)

Point of Authority: This song is funny, when it come to the demo's part. Mike and Chester voices sound like they are singing through the phone . However, it is very good! (10/10)

Crawling: I felt sleepy when I heard the song because the opening is so long (well..Reanimation's opening is cool). Maybe I heard it when I'm gonna sleep so....(9/10)

Runaway: Good job, you filled the demo parts into the song with right positions. However, the first part....if you put it there....some one who put their soul into the song will be cut. I means the song is not connected. Whatever, that's someone feeling..not me (9/10)

Part of Me: This one ROCK!! (10/10)

By Myself: Silently and put strike over with epic opening of by myself. Good actually!! (9/10)

A Place For My Head: WOW! The demo things fit the song well ! Chester's ha há ha!!! Well Done!!! (10/10)

Forgotten: Good...nothing bad or excellent...(9/10)

TLTGYA: OK, opposite of fear...Chester voice still low for the main vocal. And Mike's voice should not cover up Chester's if he sing as back-up vocal!. => This means you should make Mike's voice a little bit smaller and Chaz's louder. Also, the instrument is little to epic for this painful song! OK, I meant a little messy....just put it a little simpler! (8/10)

Overall: 9/10 (Recommended)
