  1. All this talk of "new" set lists is ridiculous. How "new" do you expect it to be? Changing the order around and switching a song or two is no big deal. It's not like they are going to ever play 10 different songs from a previous show. In the long run, it doesn't matter what they play because people are always going to bitch that it wasn't what they wanted.

Agreed. The people who bitch that it's the same old setlist are the same people that would bitch if With You or Figure.09 were finally played again, and they didn't "sound as good as they used to". Just my 2 cents. LP fans are never satisfied. I'd be more than ecstatic to be at Mountain View right now, regardless of the setlist.

  2. All you guys complaining about boring setlists were expecting waaaaay too much from this. It was a festival show! They're not going to play oldies here and alienate the crowd. Personally, I thought it was a solid show for what it's worth. Some great moments and some not so great, but even Linkin Park can't be perfect 100% of the time.

  3. Interesting how they FINALLY used some colour during the final moments of this episode. I also liked how they used real live audio instead of studio recordings which gave the live parts that extra flare. Great and funny episode overall!

  4. I'm really enjoying these new LPTVs. The band seems really happy to be on tour right now! The only thing I wish they'd change is to stop syncing the studio tracks with live performances... give us the original live-feed material LP!!!

  5. You all have to also remember that the definition for Iridescent is something like "a brilliant array of blinding lights in all the colours of the rainbow". LP could just as easily make colourful explosions of light and there you have it: an Iridescent video.

  6. In order to have an amazing live DVD, not only do they need an exciting setlist, they also need to ensure that Chester is performing at his A game. I'm sorry but his RtR performance was just embarrassing... I have never heard Lying from You sound so close to a ballad before in my entire life. (Of course I'm being sarcastic about that part, but half the songs still sounded abysmal)

  7. 1. Given Up (Guitar Solo Intro/Extended Outro)

    2. When They Come For Me (Points Of Authority Distortion Intro)

    4. In The End

    5. What I’ve Done (Ambo Intro)

    6. Jornado Del Muerto

    7. Waiting For The End

    15. Iridescent

    16. Across The Line

    17. Papercut

    20. Bleed It Out (Lying From You Over Bridge/Drum Solo/Extended Outro)

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    23. Pushing Me Away (Live On Piano, Transition During Bridge Into…)

    24. P5hng Me A*Wy

    25. The Little Things Give You Away (The Requiem Intro)

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    26. No More Sorrow (The Radiance Over Extended Intro)

    27. Wretches And Kings (Extended Synth Outro, Transition Into…)

    28. Faint (Extended Outro)

I think it all flows together quite nicely. It's a little long, but each and every song is necessary. And the final encore is 100% badass.
