  1. I second that motion. Typing like that is (somewhat) acceptable if your texting, not typing on a keyboard... Half the time I'm posting from my phone and I still type correctly LOL.

    LPU 8.0

ReadingMy Eyes from Lithuania wasn't supposed to be like that. Brad came in late on the first verse and Chester was just off. It wasn't meant to be a different chorus like most people think.

even so, mike might have them, or they could record a LP pictureboard. and the xero performance was important to the guys, so im sure 1 of them recorded it. anyways, its just something I want on the LPU 8I'm about 99% sure they never recorded it, and if they did, it's gone now. The band doesn't even have personal copies of the Xero demo tape. Which is also evidence that they probably didn't record the Xero show either, seeing as they were still extremely small time back then and most local bands don't generally record their shows. Plus this isn't the only Xero show that was ever played, it's just the only one anyone really remembers for whatever reason. The tracklising from it is not confirmed in any way, shape, or form either.
  4. The LP Street Team was never called Streetwise. That was an unofficial street team for the band. Here is a complete listing of the differences: 1. Back of CD says produced by Hybrid Theory on the original, reissue says Mike Shinoda. 2. The back cover of the original has the quote "After eight months, she was sure of one thing: that the baby's future would be determined by the convergence of its divided past." The reissue does not. 3. The inside liner notes of the original has a picture of a sonogram and a listing of the band members, where as the reissue has a letter from LP explaining the history of the EP and some info about the LPU 4. The cover of the original is darker than the reissue (though I've never noticed this myself) That being said the reissue is still very rare usually going for 100-200 dollars (sometimes more) on eBay. The original is worth a lot more considering there were only about 1000 made. As for the pricing on the original, I can't really say as I haven't seen one on eBay lately but last time I saw some they went for about 300-700 dollars. And dude, I'm not trying to be rude but it's extremely hard to read when you type like that. It's really not too hard to type regularly.

    LPU 8.0

there were only 17 fully written songs for MTM. 12 made it unto the album, and 1 is NRL. so there can only be up to 4 MTM b-sides.Geki was saying demo's of the songs that are on MTM, not B-sides. Like rough versions.
  6. agreed lol. Frat Party 2 basically got turned into LPTV 2007

    LPU 8.0

While Pictureboard would be awesome, to my knowledge, it was never recorded. Same goes for the Xero live show, it's not clear whether it was recorded or not. Here's my track list: 1. Wake 2.0 (Studio Version) 2. Given Up (Remix) 3. The Outsider (Chester Live with Ashes Divide) 4. MTM B-Side 5. Hunger Strike (Chester Live with Chris Cornell) 6. MTM B-Side Honestly (and I know this was said for 7.0) I think at least one MTM B-Side will show up. Now that the touring cycle for MTM is almost done (will be done by the time LPU 8.0 comes out) I think LP will be so focused on the new album, and Chester on DBS that they aren't going to have a ton of time to be coming up with new stuff for the CD. They could probably get both Wake 2.0 and a remix (I just said Given Up since it normally follows Wake) done in about a week, throw on a couple B-Sides and a couple live songs and call it a day.

    LPU 8.0

The fact that we know it isn't all live or a best of is plenty of assurance that it will at least be something cool. The only possibilities I can really think of are demos, b-sides, remixes, new instrumental tracks or non album tracks such as QWERTY. If anyone can think of something else that could possibly be on it, let's hear it.

    LPU 8.0

This is great news. A few (1-2) live tracks is fine as long as it's something special. But hopefully we'll get a couple b-sides and remixes and maybe a new instrumental intro (Wake 2.0 fading into a Given Up remix?)
  10. but that's not even linkin park. it's chester with another band. Standing in the Middle wasn't Linkin Park. It was Mike and Motion Man. So that really doesn't count as a reason those songs couldnt be on the 8.0 CD.
  11. They will not print more. These are from the original 2001 printing and they are just trying to get rid of them. It seems they are releasing them in waves though.
  12. so glad I grabbed one before they sold out!now I'll have a signed one and a sealed one (if it's sealed)
  13. wrong international shipping 40$ It's 31.95$ or something per order. Just did a quite huge order for me and BlackChaz ^^. A flac version of the EP is nothing special, there is even a rip the original version, it came along with the flac demo torrent by nkramar. I think the re-issue is a little louder than the old one. I posted a flac rip earlier this year on demonoid, so AndOne is right, it's nothing we don't have already. That being said, I just ordered myself an extra HTEP
  14. This is a pretty cool set thats actually not too outrageous.
