About the new album:

For me, as for many, the style of the new album - was a shock, I did not expect a repetition of albums and did not want that. In ATS, I heard too many electronics, as this is not the main chip Linkin Park, Joe was looking at 5 + and a minimum stock of samples, it was good to separate full-fledged compositions, the style - Session. Mike wrote good music, but it is somewhat different from the expectation of 80% of the fans.

I grew up on this group and what I hear now, I'm just proud of these guys, they are forever in my heart, the new album - a masterpiece that did not fit into any framework. Linkin Park - collapsing musical framework group! so they will always be great, despite all the stereotypes! I am Happy!

It's m2m-ish style, with a more rock form unlike blackbirds and not alone. It's softer than across the line though. I see it as a mix between no roads left and valentines day.
