My first big concert, first lp show. Omg this post got me even more excited. Im stressed 😭. I Hope to hear Cut the Bridge, good things go, and maybe powerless? Who knows, some fans have talked about it since January.

Sounds so powerfull. I wonder what's the difference in recording and editing between from zero lives and Road To Revolution or Live In Texas. Comparing these 3, Texas sounds a lot like a session recording with very little audience, Road to Revolution sounds just bad, and FZ sounds so good, bright guitars, powerfull drums, full warm vocals. I Wonder what out of these 3 is the closest to real show.

disagree, he talks about 2 minutes songs that are made just for 5 minute fame on tiktok, and that many songs today don't have a bridge. Every One More Light song has a bridge, and was made before huge tiktok era we live in right now.

Imo the only generic song was Over Each Other. When i first time heard it i was like 'what is this?! it has to be some AI fake'. That's generic when a longterm fan who can play like 80% of their songs on a piano, thinks its AI. The thing with deluxe edition songs, is those are mixed very different. Vocals more hidden, loud low end frequencies. Mixed very different from what the band ever made. I think deluxe edition songs are worse than FZ songs. There are good moments, like Mike's rap in UFTB or unshatter bridge or LYF piano bridge, but overall the sound is different, those songs don't fit with FZ

Sad to see some people saying that stained is the worst FZ song. Do you really rate how good a song is based on how heavy it is?

I don't like the sound of deluxe edition. While songs like Cut The Bridge, Emptiness Machine, Good Things go have guitars more in the front, Up From The Bottom and Unshattered have really really loud deep low end bass, guitars hidden in the back giving just the rythm, i don't like that. I prefer sound like there is on OML album. OML was a masterpiece in production. Perfectly balanced instrumentals, perfectly mixed vocals, here the mix is good, but it lacks depth for me. Drums are very clear on From Zero, thats a good thing but with the cost of hidden guitars and very loud low end frequencies. I would rather aim for a sound between meteora and From Zero (more on a From Zero side), so basically clear guitars, a little hidden drums (not that much as on meteora), and vocals with depth.

My highlights: Stained, IGYEIH, Cut The bridge, Over Each other which i don't like that much but it has interesting choices in the back.

The best thing about this song is its last chorus when there's only bass, guitar harmonics and Mike.

Cut The Bridge, Good Things Go, Stained, More The Victim/Fighting Myself (i guess we can't have both at the same time), Pushing Me Away, With You, Talking To Myself, and i wish to hear One More Light live but, i think it's not a right time for them to play it live.

It's sad for me to say it, but From Zero era has TRASH store. Tons of different vinyls, released at different times. It creates fear of missing out. Releasing 1 vinyl and people are 'OMG WHAT A BEAUTIFUL I WANT IT I ORDER', 2 weeks later another vinyl drops and the people go the same. 2 weeks later another 4 vinyl variants and 4 cassetes pack, and a LOL vinyl with a trophy. My biggest complain is that there's no give me everything box, just like there was in OML era. I don't wanna end up having everything i want + additional CD. As some say LP is now 1 of the biggest bands in the world and i really prefered when they were hated, because: 1. Their music was still great and 2. Warner didn't want to grab so much money from LP fans, because it wasn't worth work. And now this... I really would like to have it physical, maybe not the music, cuz i already have a CD, but a book with photos, just like in OML give me everything box. Instead i can buy this, and pump up sellings for From Zero. What a trash statistic it is right now. Let's say they sold 100k copies, then about 70k people has bough it.

Two faced is totally Meteora ear. Like Fighting Myself 2. Good Things Go intro guitar sounds like typical Mettalica light acoustic guitar, for example in Nothing else matter, there's just chorus effect to it. Chorus is very very, like if you listen to first Grey Daze albums, there's this kind of specific chord change in chorus. Overall just like Mike said, this is a lot Pre Hybrid theory stuff. My favouristes are Emptiness machine, cut the bridge, two faced and good things go

Gosh, how much money will warner earn... First they released 6 items in store including 2 vinyls and a cassette, later they released 5 more vinyls and now another 4 cassettes. They build FOMO, like it's in popular video games, and we, the customers agree by paying for that. OH, and now 4 cassettes box is the same price as the single cassette avaible since the beggining. OML store was so much better than that.

I skip some songs, like almost full THP album and 60% of LT. But Over Each other... as someone mentioned: 'Generic'. Especially chorus and bridge. I got a really strong AI feeling in this one.

if i go through all of latest albums i'll find that i didn't really like the singles. Guilty all the same was MEH, Until it's gone meh, Heavy meh, good goodbye Meh. I'd say every other song but not singles, were better on One more light
