I'm excited! Although Kiiara is "mainstream", she's a talented musician with a talented voice. Linkin Park will never make another Hybrid Theory or Meteora, that's just the way bands progress. I'm glad they're doing what inspires them, that renders the best music. Let's keep it positive guys, LP knows what they're doing.

You guys have it easy! There's a band called Brand New, which has a decent cult following, and us fans are on our 7th year waiting for a new album.

I'm pretty sure Mike snuck the album name in his Instagram story. 3rd post to it, it's a video. I can't make it out but it's on a sheet of paper with most of it covered by a green cloth. Can anyone make it out?

Wonder if theyll have a song for the Transformers film this year

As a major blink-182 fan, I doubt they'd be touring with LP this year. They're releasing a deluxe edition of their latest album in February or March and are touring the UK until the mid to end of Summer. After that, Matt Skiba is going back to work with Alkaline Trio AFAIK. I can definitely see Paramore touring with them. Would be huge support for both of their new albums which should be releasing around the same time this year.

We are in the home stretch at least! I don't see a single until at LEAST early February, but we are close. I'm really excited.

Piece on the new album in the latest Kerrang! Issue. Nothing too interesting besides a few smaller things: "We are in the mixing stage and want to get things right. It's not coming this month but we are getting close!" I forgot the specific sentence but he also talked about how he wants people to relate to the lyrics more this time around. He said something like, "Fans used to tell us that they felt like our music spoke for them when they couldn't. We hope they have that same takeaway from the new album." And on the album title: "We've been working on this thing for 12 months and still haven't decided on a damn title!" He mentioned working with Andrew Dawson, Eg White, Justin Parker, RAC, Blackbear, and Corrin Roddick on the new album. "The album is not at all political."
