  2. It's been a while since i've written a post in this forum, even though i always follow you, but this topic caught my attention. Is the band putting passion in their live show? Yes, maybe. I think that i am nobody to judge something that i don't know. But here's a thing: We can talk about passion for performing songs as much as we can talk about . About the second case, the undeniable fact is it seems that besides new songs from OML (i dislike the album, but i don't have a problem with them being performed, in the end they have to promote it), and besides wastelands, there are ONLY singles in their setlist. And from these singles, EIGHT songs come from HT/M era, despite Chester always complains in interviews that fans need to get over HT e M. Eight songs from HT/M era, versus one song of THP, two an half songs from LT, two songs from ATS. That is what i think is incoherent. So my main problem with these shows, is not that they are not playing all the energetic stuff like they used to. My main problem is the lack of passion i THINK they have, in choosing songs for the set. I am not saying that the band should have dropped ITE, BID, WID etc, but...does the set really need Somewhere I Belong or Breaking The Habit AGAIN (and i love the last one)? Does the set really need the piano version of Crawling? In the occasion of anniversary of MTM, could the band do a better choice than performing ANOTHER radio single (even if beautifully reworked) like LOATR instead of bringing back a deeper cut from the album? Yes, i am a APFMH fanboy (citing Astat). but i am also a WTCFM fanboy, an In Pieces fanboy, a Roads Untraveled fanboy, The Little Things Give You Away fanboy, a Rebellion fanboy. As a Linkin Park fan that love that loves deeper cuts a lot more than the 70% of their biggest hits, as a linkin park fan that had seen them live various times, i feel no appeal for this kind of a show right now, as i don't see any passion, or dedication, or call whatever you want, for their most dedicated fans (and i am not talking about who only idolize HT and/or Meteora).
  3. This is LP giving more spaces to their last albums, throwing away HT e Meteora shits, promoting THP in a proper way, and finally prove to their fans that they don't want to be remembered only for their first albums. This is LP to finally cut with their past, this is LP that i would love. 1. Mashup Intro #2 2. Guilty All The Same 3. Given Up (Extended Outro) 4. Rebellion (Doubled Intro) 5. Lost In The Echo 6. The Summoning 7. War 8. Victimized/Qwerty 9. No More Sorrow (Long Intro) 10. Castle Of Glass (Experience; WJL Bridge; Radiance Outro) 11. Drawbar 12. What I've Done (Ext. Guitar Solo) 13. Fallout 14. 8. Yeah but this is the first time that during the show the crowd requests a song and the band play that song.
  9. I've seen LP at Milano and Zurigo the last year, but this show is by far the best. So much energy and the band in a stellar shape. I've already thought this would have been the best LP show i've seen during the encore break, but then.....after the honorable mention to Alessandro....A PLACE FOR MY HEAD! I was literally going crazy when i saw Brad leave the keyboard position (they were going to start WFTE) and going to take the guitar. I also am not sure if it was initially dedicated to Alessandro, because at some point everyone shouted "APFMH" and the band decided to play and dedicate it to him! Anyway an absolutely AMAZING show! I love to see the band (especially Chester) so much in love with the italian Crowd. Other show notes are: - the brilliant flashmob for Final Masquerade. - Mike during Remember The Name borrowed from a fan a Fort Minor hat to wear it and give it back after the song. - Chester extended the singalong part of BIO even for the ending of the song, singing like "I am bleed it oooh-oh oh oh (ooooh-oh oh oh); I am bleed it oh ooooh oh (oh ooooh oh)". Don't know if it was done at the other shows of the tour. Sorry if i maybe explained bad, but i am reaaaally tired and i am going to sleep now.
  10. Exactly, this is what i meant, sorry if i didn't explained too well. But you can't say that ALITS is a song that they can drop. Not now at least. It is from their newest album and it is maybe one of the highlights of the setlist.
  11. For me, what mike has always said about dropping "In The End" for songs like High Voltage and And One (I remember he said the same thing about that song last year or two years ago) is a simple excuse! They could really play this song if they want to, and there are so much songs that they can drop that are not their biggest single. High Voltage is also a song that let Chester to take a little break, if we count the little and simple parts he has. If every rarities has to be considered as an alternative for In The End, we will never going to listen deeper stuff in a live setting again.
  12. At the same time, are they the only three members that cannot be filled with someone else? Mike and Chester for sure, but what about Rob? Could be filled if he has to miss a show? Anyway, hope everything is okay for Joe, and of course i hope to see him at Rock In Roma.
  13. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b14XtYOPJjg Mike rapped the There They Go verse over the intro of BIO, not on the Bridge. It also seems that he stopped at some point because he didn't remembered the words
  14. 1. Papercut (2015 Intro) 2. Given Up (Ext. Outro) 3. Points Of Authority 4. One Step Closer (Ext. Outro) 5. Waiting For The End (Apaches Intro; Wall Of Noise Outro) 6. What i've Done (Ext. Guitar Solo) 7. From The Inside 8. Runaway (Shortened) 9. Wastelands 10. Castle Of Glass (Experience; WJL Bridge; Radiance Outro) 11. Ballad Medley 12. Robot Boy (Shortened Interlude) 13. Joe Solo Medley 14. New Divide 15. Breaking The Habit 16. Darker Than Blood (Shortened (First Verse/Chorus A Cappella) 17. Burn It Down 18. Final Masquerade 19. High Voltage (Reprise Version) 20. Welcome 21. Numb (Numb Encore Intro/Outro) 22. In The End 23. Bleed It Out (Ext. Intro; Ext. Bridge w/Sing-a-Long; Ext. Ending) ------------------------------------------------------ 24. Rebellion (Doubled Intro) 25. Faint (Ext. Outro) 26. A Line In The Sand (Ext. Keyboard Intro) Just changed the disposition of the songs in a way that i like much more. I dropped RTN for HV only because after the poll of yesterday i dream that if Mike plays High Voltage in Fort Minor shows, it could be easily played in a LP show.
  15. See? I am not the only one. Rybnik is very close to Moscow though. Rybnik maybe had a wilder crowd (Really really glad for the reaction that i saw for Rebellion...the crowd exploded), but Chester sounded fantastic in Moscow. Happy that the China tour performances are past for now. He sounds great at every european show. EDIT: Thank you so much FLAME. Amazing recording.
