  1. Would you still listen to Linkin Park if Mike was replaced? Mike is as much irreplaceable as Chester is and at the same time, Mike is the member who represents the band to the fans and the press.

True, i just don't agree with everyone putting mike first. :) when chester 'deserves' that spot as much as mike.

so its impossible to rank them. like you said theyre both irreplaceable.

  2. The only reason I put Brad before Chester is because he and Mike were the original founders of Xero, and Brad still largely contributes in the same ways Mike does, Chester has even said that LP is Mike and Brad's work. Chester's my favorite member, but Mike is obviously gonna be everyone's first because that's common sense.

IMO, Chester has to come first. chester is the one that made what Linkin Park is today. and yes Mike and brad and the rest of the band contributed ALOT to it.

Ask yourself would you still listen to linkin park if chester was replaced ?

    so: Chester > Mike > Brad > Joe > Rob > Phoenix

  3. Coldplay fans are least likely to have sex on a first date than fans of a slew of other acts - according to a new survey.

Music-based dating website Tastebuds.fm, which matches potential partners based on their taste in music, has carried out the research.

They asked users how far they’d likely go on a first date. Users were given the options of "I’d only meet up for a chat", "Perhaps a kiss" and "I’d go all the way if the mood was right."

Answers were then matched with users' tastes in music, leaving Tastebuds with the result that on average Coldplay fans were the least likely to have sex on a first date, while Nirvana fans were the most likely.

Other acts with average fan responses in the 'Least Likely' category included Adele, Lady Gaga and Kings Of Leon, while fans of Metallica, Linkin Park and Kanye West were high in the 'Most Likely' category.

    The results were:

Least Likely to 'go all the way'

    1. Coldplay

    2. Adele

    3. Lady Gaga

    4. Katy Perry

    5. Kings Of Leon

    Most Likely

    1. Nirvana

    2. Metallica

    3. Linkin Park

    4. Kanye West

    5. Gorillaz

  4. as far as i remember the producer Levi Holiman confirmed chester as only lp member to play in the movie......

but weird he is not listen anymore... but mike and rob are 100% fake :)

    - On whether or not Mike Shinoda will be involved:

I don't know Mike Shinoda though. As far as I know, Chester will be the only one from LP involved. I do love Mike and his music. SOB is one of my favorite groups. I listen to "Second to none" almost everyday on my ipod.

  5. Why do people complain about there being no old stuff. I'm not trying to start a debate but this is the A THOUSAND SUNS World Tour! Not the "ATS but we'll play more old stuff than new for those fans who want it" Tour...(sorry thats the best I could come up with.) If they don't come out with a new CD soon then I would expect the setlist to change during the summer/fall of 2011.

and yet they drop ATS songs :P
  6. It could be one code for everyone that we can all share, very possible.

Chester encouraged on an interview with 89XFM Radio today to share DSPS

"You can go online and you can take all that stuff and you can like share it with your friends and you can swap pieces from another show whatever, whatever your want! we encourage that stuff."

on a side note how much are tickets to the us shows?

  7.

This closed the entire show for LP in 2006. BTH with keyboard intro and ext slow outro. The outro there is the slowest they'll ever end a show. I actually approve of BTH closing, I think that's badass. Better than What I've Done, damn, WID is a terrible closer. Ending with BTH is excellent. Love the 2006 setlist. I wish we had a DSP from that year.

    That was a badass show

ending with BTH acapella outro in the crowd like he went in the crowd during bth acapella at alot of shows at the european tour that would be fucking epic! I am sure nobody would complain
