That's the original song. Mike uses that for the beat instrumental in "I Have Not Begun" and it's likely "The 900 Number" that Joe is playing in Tokyo. I guess later, Mike took the beat and used it to make this song. The song was made in 2009 and Tokyo was in 2007, meaning them playing the instrumental from "I Have Not Begun" wasn't possible since the song wasn't made yet. Nice find though.

the beat's pretty similar but yeah i have not begun is from 2009 and that's live earth 2007 .

 

but i guess mike was inspired by that song XD

I'm not hearing any samples of that song in I Have Not Begun...the beat is kind of similar and they're at about the same tempo, but the samples are clearly different.
