LPLStaff Posted Saturday at 01:44 AM Posted Saturday at 01:44 AM We posted in December 2024 about Linkin Park possibly performing in India in 2025. Since that time, Indian promoters visited the Linkin Park team in Jakarta in early 2025 on tour. And now, Indian sources are claiming that Linkin Park will perform at Lollapalooza India in 2026. The exact source of this appears to be a Reddit post from an alleged insider with the festival. Articles have appeared online since this post claiming that Linkin Park will be at Lollapalooza India, held in Mumbai, around March 2026. Lollapalooza India took place last year on Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi Racecourse on March 8–9, 2025, for its third edition with Green Day, Shawn Mendes, Glass Animals, and Louis Tomlinson. As we have always said, we have zero insight into if the band will actually visit India for the first time and this is now the second year in a row big rumors have gone around about their return. Will they actually visit on the From Zero Tour? We are unsure, but they are at least in that region of the planet with their long-awaited Australian return in March 2026 as well. Could they couple on Asia shows and an India visit? Possibly - we are not sure. But we wanted to share that rumors are popping back up and the Lollapalooza crowd seems to have the band's name being thrown around. We will see if it finally happens - it seems like a moment of "when" they will finally make their debut in India, not "if." Quote
JZLP-Benningstrong Posted Saturday at 02:54 AM Posted Saturday at 02:54 AM They'll be there what I love about LP2 is that they have played tons of rare locations, India fans this is it. Quote
LeonardoMF93 Posted Saturday at 12:04 PM Posted Saturday at 12:04 PM (edited) If confirmed, it would be Linkin Park's first time at Lollapalooza, right? That would be really interesting too. Edited Sunday at 05:50 PM by LeonardoMF93 Quote
Shubho-Lp Posted Saturday at 09:27 PM Posted Saturday at 09:27 PM I would be super stocked if they get to visit my country. The fan base in India for LP is insane! Many fans, especially those from the early years until around 2010, were introduced to English-speaking bands through Linkin Park. Fingers crossed this happens. However, It'd be even better if they headline instead of Billie Eillish I mean come on! Quote
