They discuss Chester Bennington’s musical roots and the story behind Grey Daze’s upcoming album ‘Amends,’ due June 26th. Listen to the 'Amends' album in full on Kerrang!'s Facebook this Thursday, the day before it's released. Grey Daze will be joining and giving live commentaries. Jason Barnes was the guitarist in the band when Chester passed away, and was the one doing this remix album. "Grey Daze is where he developed his skills, his styles, his technique." Ehhhhhh..... Jason Barnes was the guitarist in the band when Chester passed away, and was the one doing this remix album. They got Cristin as a second guitarist for the show. Jason was busy he tried to stay in the project but it was impossible for him, so he quit.
