Linkin Park Called The Cops?

Did LP call the cops on Sublime with Rome? Or did they not? What was the final story? If so why did they call the cops?

Im sure that Astat or Hahninator would have more concrete info, but if I remember correctly, Sublime with Rome claimed LP called Security on them because they were smoking weed backstage at a show. Mike denied it, Sublime with Rome stuck to their story and branded LP Linkin Narc, and then it kind of just blew over and went away. Not sure if the 100% undisputed truth ever came out about it.

Rome admitted in an interview that he made this shit up and he felt sorry because they(LP) were such nice guys overall. He basically was jealous that LP headlined over them. I'm 100% certain that I read this, but not sure where exactly..

Guess it was Brad. Cheezboy from Bucket of Weenies is Sublime’s manager and he said it was Brad who called the cops.

I cannot imagine they called the police because they were smoking weed, I mean Chester said he did not play a single show during Hybrid Theory concerts without smoking weed right before they enter the stage
