The page for the band's appearance on Top of the Pops in March 8th, 2001 states that Crawling was shortened, cutting out a full chorus towards the end. This isn't the case; the most common footage circulating of the song is from the TV channel RTL, which shortened the performance themselves (you can hear a slight cut just before the chorus kicks in at this timestamp), as evidenced by this broadcast from a different channel (possibly Channel 4?) which includes the final chorus completely uncut:
