Filter opened the show as usual. This was Chester's first appearance at the Marquee Theater in Arizona since Dead By Sunrise played there for the Club Tattoo 13th Anniversary Party in May 2008 (show page here). This is the first show for Chester in his home state since Linkin Park played Phoenix in February 2011. Before the show, STP played a special acoustic session at Pub Rock Live in Scottsdale, Arizona for 98KUPD. You can view pictures of that acoustic session here. ACOUSTIC SETLIST: 01. LESTAT Posted October 8, 2013 Share Posted October 8, 2013 - This is the first time that Chester sang acoustic versions of 'Interstate Love Song' and 'Big Empty' with Stone Temple Pilots.Big Empty was performed acoustic for the first time during the same "show" you mentioned in the previous note:- This was the first time that 'Pretty Penny' was performed since June 28th, 2013 (the first time Chester sang it with STP).
