    - 'Crawling' had a false start due to Mike and Chester wanting to stop the intro to make sure the crowd knew to pick people up on the floor if they fell down. During the song, Chester went down to the front row of the crowd and put someone's glasses on in the front row.

    - Christian, the lead singer of Blindside, came out on 'One Step Closer.'

    Other Notes:

    - Andy Wallace who mixed Hybrid Theory and Meteora was at the show.

    - It is rumored that the person that taped the three 2000 and 2001 shows at this venue also taped this show in video. No other details are known. There is also a review from the guy who had his glasses taken by Chester on 'Crawling' who says he saw a guy filming the show.

    - Blindside posted on their website about this show, "At the famous Roseland Ballroom in New York City, the guys in Linkin Park invited Christian up to sing on their final song One Step Closer. It was a great moment for both fans and the band. Only a few shows have passed, but this tour has brought us to a whole new level. We want to thank Linkin Park and their amazing fans for making us feel so welcome."

    - Mike had the crowd make noise for HY, the opening band, after 'Runaway'.

    - 'Nobody's Listening' was added to the set for the final night at the Budokan. Before the song, Mike asked if anyone had seen the band at the venue in the last few days and that they were going to switch it up. This was the first performance of 'Nobody's Listening' since April 26, 2003 in Rapid City, SD, the last show of Projekt Revolution. The version played on that tour was extended, so this was the first time the studio version of the song was played. It stayed in for the third night in Tokyo and the Seoul show before being extended again starting in November.

    - Brad came in late on the intro of 'Figure.09', so Mike stopped the song to talk to the crowd before restarting it.

    Other Notes:

    - This show was added on September 6th after Osaka and the first two Tokyo shows sold out immediately.

    - This was Linkin Park's first show in South Korea.

    - Fans from China flew to this show and presented the band with a banner signed by Chinese fans and said how badly they wanted the band to tour there. This was said to be a big influence in the band playing in China for the first time in 2007.

    - Footage of this show was used by Mark Fiore on the video of 'Faint' that appeared on the "Live In Texas" TV special.

    - There was a lot of messing around between songs (and even during songs) at this performance, particularly during the soundcheck.

    - For unknown reasons, all of the instrumental soundcheck songs with two guitar parts in them were performed without one of their guitar parts. 'Somewhere I Belong', 'Faint', and the first take of 'From The Inside' were all soundchecked without Mike's guitar part, while the second take of 'From The Inside' was soundchecked without Brad's guitar part.

    - Brad, Phoenix, and Rob briefly played the Jeopardy theme song during the break between the 'Faint' instrumental and the first 'From The Inside' instrumental.

    - In addition to the song being performed more substantially during the show itself, the guitar riff from 'A.06' was also played in between 'Lying From You' and 'Faint' during the soundcheck.

    - Snippets of 'My Own Summer' by Deftones were performed at two different points, once between 'Faint' and 'From The Inside' during the soundcheck, and again right before 'A.06' during the show.

    - Once fans were let into the building, the band played a shortened 'Don't Stay' prior to the "real" start of the performance.

    - A brief snippet of 'Big Bottom' by Spinal Tap (mainly Phoenix playing the famous bassline and Chester singing the opening line of lyrics) was performed in between' Somewhere I Belong' and 'Lying From You' during the show portion.

    - The intro to 'A Place for My Head' was played by fan request, but the song was aborted due to time constraints. After more fan requests two days later at the CD:UK/Headliners show, it was played in full.

    - A drum/bass teaser of 'Dialate' was performed after the 'A Place for My Head' intro.

    - A second take of 'Somewhere I Belong' was attempted at the end of the show, but aborted because someone broke a string.

    - Longstanding rumors claim that the band covered 'United States Of Whatever' by Liam Lynch at this show - this isn't true. Following the aborted second take of 'Somewhere I Belong', Chester and Mike made a couple references to the song (basically just saying something funny and ending with "and I was like...WHATEVA!!!!"), but the song wasn't really played.

    Other Notes:

    - Mike was sick at this performance.

    - Very few Linkin Park fans were at this show, but the LPU gave away free tickets to those who wanted to attend (as a part of "UK Week").

    - At some point during the show, Chester said, "I got distracted because of how many people were singing along. Alright, it seems we've got some real fans in here today" while Mike said, "You guys are sick."

    - Linkin Park played 'A.06' for the UK Linkin Park fans in attendance, after they shouted for it. This happened again for the same group of fans at the August 21, 2003 show at London's Kerrang! Awards.

    - 'A Place For My Head' was unplanned. The band played it because some gear broke and fans had requested it two days prior at Top Of The Pops as well as at this show.

    - Before 'One Step Closer,' Chester pulled a fan up from the front row. He said, "He's been singing every word to every song" before having him come on stage and sing with him.

    Other Notes:

    - The exact setlist is unknown. Linkin Park played the five new Meteora songs they played at Top Of The Pops as well as 'A.06', 'In The End', 'A Place For My Head', and 'One Step Closer'. It is possible that 'A.06' is in the wrong spot on our setlist, but we are pretty positive the rest is correct.

    - The LP Underground announcement about the show read, "Linkin Park will be performing in London, UK on 8th March 2003, for a TV show called CDUK and we have a limited amount of FREE tickets to offer Linkin Park fans and their friends. This exclusive recording will be taking place in Waterloo from approx 2pm to 5pm and all guests are required to be 16yrs+ (photo id will be required)."

Rather than risk health and well being of the entourage due to the inclement weather, we've decided to move the show. LINKIN PARK regrets the inconvenience to their fans and looks forward to seeing them on July 22nd. The next show will play as scheduled at The Bryce Jordan Center in State College, PA on April 9th."

    - The afternoon of the show, an announcement was made on the band's website and on the Projekt Revolution website reading, "Regretfully Linkin Park must postpone tonight’s Projekt Revolution show in Evansville, IN due to Chester developing a very bad throat infection. Please be sure to check back here on projektrevolution.com for further updates for the next couple of shows as we will be reevaluating Chester’s condition daily." Chester recovered after this show and the next day, a post on the websites said that the rest of the tour was on.

    - A fan who was at the venue said, "Even though this concert was cancelled at the last minute (we were in the parking lot before concert time when we found out), almost everybody in the various bands (except Chester of Linkin Park, who was the reason for the cancellation, being "sick" / later heard hungover) were signing autographs behind a barricade of folding tables outside. I was able to get the autographs of Mike Shinoda & Brad Delson."

    - There is an LPTV episode from 2007 that covers Projekt Revolution 2003 and it shows a M&G that was allegedly from this show. We assume that the show and date listed on the LPTV is a mistake and it is really from another show on the tour.

    - 'A.06' was confirmed to have been played at this show, randomly. pushmeaway.com stated, "Projekt Revolution 2003 highlights - Xzibit joined Linkin Park onstage for "Nobody's Listening" and even added his own little rap into it. There was also a guy break dancing during the song. Also at about the Tucson, Az show Joe and Brad began trading places - Joe would take over Brad's guitar while Brad went to the turntables. They also played A.06." Astat followed up with the person responsible for this info (later, in 2005) and confirmed it.

    - 'Nobody's Listening' was extended and Xzibit rapped a verse from 'My Name' over it. Joe and Brad swapped instruments on the song. In an LPU chat, Chester said this was the first time it had happened.

"Maiplaceo> Joe and Brad switching instruments is HILARIOUS, in Tucson, you

were right above Joe's area, did you guys know ahead of time that they were

    going to do that?

No that was not planned- I just gave Joe the guitar and Joe

played it. It was crazy fun (LOL hehe TTFN)"

    - On June 2, 2003, an announcement on the band's website stated, "Chester Bennington, vocalist for the rock band Linkin Park was admitted to a Los Angeles area hospital last Friday afternoon after an attack of severe back and abdominal pains. Bennington remains hospitalized as doctors are still trying to determine the cause of these ailments. All touring and video shoot plans in Europe have been put on hold this month as we make sure Chester fully recovers. We wish him the best, and will keep everyone posted as to his condition."

    - Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, 3 Doors Down and Steve-0 (who was still in jail) all canceled their appearances at Rock am Ring and Rock im Park 2003. Placebo was the official replacement announced on the 4th before the festival. Pinkpop switched its schedule around (after being asked by Marek Lieberberg Konzertagentur) to make Placebo be able to play Rock am Ring and Rock im Park so that their gear is there in time.

    Tour Diary:

First of all I'd like to thank everyone from fans & bands to my friends, and the hospital staff who have been very supportive and understanding of my situation. I finally got out of the hospital over the weekend after 9 days, and the doctor instructed me to rest for the next 2 - 3 weeks. Right now it seems like it was some bacteria or virus that spread throughout my intestines and body, putting me in intense pain. It also would not let me eat for a week. My doctors and nurses were amazing, and very helpful during my stay.

We are working on when we will be making up the missed European headline dates, and I am really bummed we had to miss the festivals. I plan on playing our warm up show in Las Vegas on June 27th, and ripping everyone's face off this summer on SUMMER SANITARIUM. I also wanted to say I truly appreciate the tens of thousands of get-well emails I got from fans. Our fans really are the best in the world.

    -Chester

    - The band unfortunately had to cancel their 2008 appearance at the same festival, making it the only festival they have cancelled twice on. In 2008, it was due to Brad being sick.

    - In Flames replaced Linkin Park on the bill. They wore self made "LINKIN FLAMES" shirts on stage since they are fans of the band. Xzibit also canceled.

    - This was going to be Linkin Park's first show in Sweden, after a Stockholm show in 2001 was canceled. The band's first show in Sweden did not come until May 2007.
