Other Notes:- Chester, Brad and Phoenix dressed up as 80's Rock Stars complete with leather pants, bandannas, studs, etc. This was their way of dealing with some rough crowds the first couple shows of the Ozzfest tour. This is also documented on the 'Frat Party At The Pankake Festival' DVD.
- 'With You' was released on the Ozzfest 2001 CD. The CD insert says, "Recorded live at Alpine Valley Music Theatre, Milwaukee, Wis. June 9, 2001 and at Deer Creek Amp. in East Troy, Wis. June 11, 2001", but a recording exists from the June 9th show and it is not from that show. There was also no show on June 11th. The Deer Creek Amphitheatre/Music Center exists (now under the name Klipsch Music Center and formerly Verizon Wireless Music Center) and is located in Noblesville, IN. We have a suitable date one day later on June 12th. An Epic Records spokesperson confirmed to MTV that the album was recorded at the Milwaukee and Indianapolis stops of the tour. While this is not 100% confirmed, it is almost certain that the recording of 'With You' came from this show.

Tour Diary:From an interview with Mike when Meteora came out: "There is one time, we had just played Conan O'Brien, I think close to two years ago, and we were just kind of getting started in our minds. We were at the airport after the show, the next morning, and we're sitting there and I'm like, "Oh my gosh, that's Slick Rick!" He's so obvious--he's got an eyepatch on, gold teeth, a beret, all this jewelry, a fur coat on. He's impossible to miss, a fur coat on. And I was just thinking, "Wow, this is crazy, I'm seeing Slick Rick in the airport." Well, it wasn't as crazy as when he came up to us and said, "Hey, I caught you guys on Conan O'Brien." I'm just like, "Oh my God, that's the greatest thing ever. Slick Rick just came up and talked to us!" Things like that, you never get used to."

'Crawling' was played at the first two shows in Madrid and San Sebastian but due to the Montpellier recording being incomplete, we don't know if it made it to the fourth show or not. Sometime in between San Sebastian and this show is when it was dropped (either Barcelona or Montpellier). Prior to September 2018 when this setlist was added, we thought 'Crawling' could have made it to Milano and Wien, but we now know that it did not.
Other Notes:- This was Linkin Park's first show in Italy.

- Taproot did not perform at this show for an unknown reason.

we just played our first of two shows in manchester last night. this tour has been excellent...today, we were greeted here in london by some kids (who showed up before ANY of the crew of bands got here) with a 4-foot hand drawn poster of the band; we signed it and they're going to keep it for their collection...
thank you guys for showing up at the shows. this tour has been an awesome experience. tonight's show is at a ridiculously huge venue, the biggest we've played so far.

- Due to a venue PA/band technical problem, there was crackling in the PA during 'And One'. 'In The End' started off a bit quieter but the volume of the show returned mid-song.
- This is the first time since KROQ 2000 that 'My December' was played. It was likely added to the setlist at this show so the band could rehearse it for the London Docklands Arena show, which was being filmed for a DVD. The song replaced 'Morning After' in the encore from the Berlin show (the last full show before this one). A new version of the song was performed, featuring Mike on piano, Chester on vocals, Brad on acoustic guitar, and Joe providing additional scratches.
- Joe played a short DJ interlude in the encore.
- Marky Chavez from Adema & Wes Scantlin from Puddle of Mudd joined the band on the bridge of 'One Step Closer'.
Debut(s):- This was the first time the second acoustic version of 'My December' was performed live.
Other Notes:- This show was sold out.
- Before the show, Linkin Park rehearsed 'My December' during the soundcheck, which is shown in a photo of the soundcheck.
- A few band members watched part of the Dilated Peoples set from side stage.
- Oli Sykes from Bring Me The Horizon was in the audience and can be seen in one of the show photos published in Kerrang Magazine. This was his first show and he credits this night as the reason he decided to start his band.
