    Do you remember when two years ago Linkin Park released Hybrid Theory Box Set and there's are several errors in the EU version of the Super Deluxe Box etc. and Warner Bros sent corrected versions? I got the corrected version then. But in the last month I get e-mails from WB regarding the exchange. Again and again. Anyone got the same?

     

    Theres a new info about replacemed there:
    "We are collecting replacement pack requests until 17:00 GMT on Wednesday 7th December 2022

    Replacement packs will begin to ship from Monday 12th December 2022.

    Once your replacement package has shipped we will notify you via email.

    The notification will include indicated delivery timelines by business/working days.

    Please be aware that shipping times vary from country to country so we kindly ask for your patience during the delivery stage of your replacement booklet.

    The email will also contain customer service contact details should you not receive your replacement pack after the indicated delivery timeline has passed.

    The lithograph looks slightly better than before but still blurry. Do they not look at those things and check if they fixed the problem? Or is that actually the quality Mike intended the print to look like?

    The backstage pass is now laminated but the cut out to put it on a lanyard or whatever isn't part of the backstage pass itself anymore but instead they extended the laminated plastic and did the cut out there, so still a minor difference to the US version (but at least it is properly laminated now, so it's all good).

     

    I got nothing. The best thing is that in the first e-mail, I immediately gave them my shipping address, and in response they asked for the shipping address, lol. And since then no answer...

    I have the impression that we did not understand each other. How do I take photos of the replaced DVDs for example?

    Seriously? They even have replacement? 'Cause it looks like every single box is messed up. And who will pay for the return of the product? I also coctacted with official store and I'm waiting for reply.
