  1. Never lose hope (but don't get overly optimistic either) I would say it's somewhat unlikely we'll see the full version of Deftest be released. If I had to guess, Rear Admiral is who you've been trying to contact and as far as I can tell there's not really a great way to get in contact with her.
  2. Well, what's new? I'm not expecting much but things have been awfully quiet around here.
  3. And unfortunately it's the only realistically possible way to get in contact with him, since his inbox probably gets flooded.
  4. I'm in the server so I definitely could, but he's online very infrequently and the entire server is stirred up into a frenzy when he does come online. So it's both a waiting game and up to luck.
  5. *to clarify my point about Jeff Blue, he's a big record exec. lots at stake there.
  6. I'm not up to the task of finding another image hosting site, but in the image, Discord user Kerophy asks Mike Shinoda on his official Discord server if the band will ever "release Deftest and Fuse outside of demo tapes" to which he responds that that he will "probably not release any more Xero demos" As for your second point, the band probably wouldn't care. In the case of the LABEL however, Jeff Blue could definitely get in a lot of trouble if he lets any of them leak. Dave Garrett could probably either release them himself or give them to someone else with no repercussions, since he's not been connected with the music industry in decades. Probably wouldn't even bother Mike as long as he asks first, whenever they meet again. Mike actually does pop in the server every once in a while so maybe one of us can ask him about Dave and whether or not he can share the stuff he's got in his collection. Here's a photo of them hanging out just last year: https://linkinpedia.com/wiki/Relative_Degree#/media/File:Dave_Garrett_Mike_Shinoda.jpg
  7. Never say never but never be too certain. He did say he *probably* won't be releasing more Xero demos so that doesn't completely rule it out, but it's so unlikely he will. I wouldn't count on it. Hybrid Theory demos maybe, there's at least 2 more that haven't been released or leaked anywhere.
  8. very incomplete too, since Reading My Eyes is the only song that actually came straight off of that tape. Rhinestone is the New Music Sampler version and Stick N Move is the Hybrid Theory version.
  9. I would say it's highly unlikely anything older than 1999 ever gets released officially. Mike said it himself in his own Discord server:
  10. As cool as that idea is, anything aside from the unreleased Hybrid Theory demos would need clearance from Mark, which almost definitely isn't happening.
  11. They could be talking about Pictureboard too
  12. hopefully we as a community can get something going. Both Dave Garrett and Jeff Blue have it too but they doesn't seem too keen on releasing it, so dead ends there. anything new come up in the past 26 days?
  13. Really disappointing this turned out the way it did, really hope she releases the full tape at some point. The brief bit of Deftest we have is sick and the archivist in me is bothered that we don't have the full thing online.
