As the CD/DVD in Europe already was released today, I've got some news for you:

• Given Up on the DVD includes Wake
• By watching the entire video, you unlock Somewhere I Belong, Papercut and Points Of Authority.
• When I added the CD to iTunes, it first was named "Road To Revolution Live At Milton Kevnes"

The concert is really great, but I don't know about the secrets, I couldn't find any

the secret tracks came right behind the credits (SIB, POA, Papercut)

not other secret tracks ( I searched through the whole DVD with VLC Player)

and that Wake 2.0 is included into Given Up was known since the first day lol ^^
