I don't know how credible IMDB is, but it would make my week to see Chester try to mug someone and Mike drive a taxi. Any idea what this movie is supposed to be about? I can't find anymore info on it.

I can see Mike as a taxi driver, while wearing that one type of hat that he was wearing for awhile. The one in this video
