Ana, are you sure that you are allowed to post that here?? ^^ I mean, there are details on there that I'm sure the public should not know about. I have already seen one of these sheets before (not for DBS, though) and know what kind of a big deal it is for the labels. No offense to you at all, by the way, because you could have found it on a public site but I just wanted to state that disclosing these infos to the public might be a bit dangerous!
