Mike joins One Ok Rock in Osaka

In 2016, Mike was seen in the studio with One Ok Rock working on music. We reported in January 2017 that he was producing the song One Way Ticket on the new album by One Ok Rock.

 

Yesterday afternoon, he joined One Ok Rock for the song at Summer Sonic Osaka after he performed his own set earlier in the day. He rapped verse one of Where'd You Go over it.

 

Since the festival is a weekend-long event, there is no video out yet of the collaboration but we will likely see one in the next few days. We'll keep you updated.

 

 

One Ok Rock has a history with Mike and Linkin Park. They were scheduled to open a series of shows on the 2017 North American Tour and when the tour was canceled, they started covering One More Light in their show. Taka of course joined on a strong performance of Somewhere I Belong at the Hollywood Bowl and again joined Mike for Waiting For The End/Where'd You Go at Identity LA this May.
