LESTAT
Well, sort of... Old news, but I decided to post a topic about it, because I bet that no one here noticed that Camp Freddy actually disbanded this year and some of it's members formed a new band called Royal Machines. It's basically the same band minus Matt Sorum, but with Mark McGrath and Josh Freese added as the core members. http://www.royalmachinesmusic.com/home/ Quote Link to comment https://lplive.net/forums/topic/10838-camp-freddy-disbanded/ Share on other sites
Broman
Shame. Guess this means they won't be having their get together concerts anymore. Quote Link to comment https://lplive.net/forums/topic/10838-camp-freddy-disbanded/#findComment-220251 Share on other sites
LESTAT
Royal Machines is still almost the same kind of band as Camp Freddy. They are still playing shows inviting various guests, however I'm under impression that it's a little bit more of a "normal band" with it's core members playing a more prominent role. Not sure what it means for Chester playing with them. Probably not an issue, but who knows? thedamian58c
I think they might gust Chester, since he is friends with them. If it was Matt Sorum who invited Chester to play with them, then it might be a problem, but if it was someone else, then I don't see a reason to not invite Chester again Quote Link to comment https://lplive.net/forums/topic/10838-camp-freddy-disbanded/#findComment-220262 Share on other sites
LESTAT
I know Chester and Billy are friends. Don't know about two additional members. Time will tell. thedamian58c
Scott Weiland invited him the very first time. I know, but after Scott was fired, someone else had to invite him, right? Camp Freddy members LOVE Chester, his talent talks for him, who wouldn't want to perform with this guy?
