I'd say it's one of the photos done by Mike Walliser in La Jolla (San Diego) for "Wake Me" in 1994.

It's Jason, Chester, Jonathan and Sean on the photo. Mike did all of the photo shoots for the band around 1994-1996. Too bad he doesn't have the majority of the shots anymore.
