yep i agree Trumtram, and this topic is about "linkin parks relation to the fans" and i think talking to people is a relation between the band and the fans. That's pretty important for me.
That belongs to 2 or 3% of the show, the rest is for their music performance.

Comments: Part of 'Breaking The Habit', where one of the most noticeable mess ups of LP occurs
Haha, yes. Chester did a pun to Mike at the beginning of BTH, that was fucking hilarious xD
Even Mike laughed his ass off, but quietly.
Thanks! =)

My oponion is that they are like tired of this all. I mean since 2 years they play almost the same setlist on live shows. A friend been on köln concert last year, he says like *0 conversation with the audience, seemed like they made their job and went to another concert*.
I think it depends of the period from the release of a new album.
Yesterday i watched an old show from 2003. And when i saw all the energy they did put in each of their words, i guessed it was from an early period of Meteora.
And yes, after looking the date, it was from the beginning of April (less than a month after the Meteora release).
Then you see that they put less energy with the time because it becames an automatism and they just do their job with less talking with the audience. Then they're ready to go to the next show...
It was the same thing when they were in Paris in May 2007 (a very few time after the MTM release), they're all have this fucking energy with the people and they were fucking happy to be there. And when i came back in Amneville in January 2008, there was 0 conversation and this show passed pretty quickly. It's the result of an automatism, that's too bad but that's life.
(sorry i came back with loads of words xD)
Oh and i voted the 2nd by the way.

Chester looked so sick or high. Or maybe it's me who's tired T_T
And it would be cool to just see B-Real performing One step closer with the guys *_*

that's cool but LOL "This will be happen in some kind of fantasy world."
Joe just smoked weed? LMAO
Joe was always into fantasy stuff and design, like those concepts in videos of PTS.OF.ATHRTY and In the end. =) And he often painted some weird monsters...
I much love fantasy art. Those news are awesome

Listen you guys, I think you need to reread the original post.
Ana was contacted by PHOTOGRAPHERS, not Warner. Her site was posting HQ photos that I'm assuming she didn't take herself?
And I'm assuming the Photographers that contacted her are the ones that did take the photos?
If so, there is honestly nothing wrong with this happening. The people who took the pics have every right to ask Ana to remove them if she didn't ask permission to post them.
All of you are screaming Warner but I'm not seeing where they were involved here at all.
I thought the same but she talked about a label thing:
"I got several emails from photographers and a LABEL company, telling me that they are going to find out all my personal information and I will go infront of the court, get fined or even get jail."

http://lplive.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=801&hl= here guys
LPHQ was a good story, but that's not surprising if you have to close the site.
And personnaly i find pretty weird that the pretended "managers" have to contact you by your shoutbox...
I think it's inadvisable to think about re-openning your site if you don't get a response from Warner. You said you MIGHT re-open it but it's better to DON'T re-open it. I know this site means a lot to you but it's better to shut down the site than go to jail!

asx files only work when you're connected to internet. Just LEFT click on the links and the audio is lauching
-
yeah they will make new episodes. They did it for Meteora and MTM, why not for the new CD? I think they will keep the custom =)
And with recent events with Warner, maybe all those episodes won't be free, i mean for the short versions >_>

Holy SHIT, this music is so deep!! The beginining sounds like a Shinoda remix but the rest is amazing *_*
And i'm very lucky my LPU membership is done tomorrow

this track is awesome... it's me or i never heard a guitar sound like this in a LP song?

WOW!! I never got the super fans package!! too expensive for me..........
I always thought art book means some "art" they did............like meteora
Now I finally found out those are photos of the band member. lol
It' quite unfair to those people who bought last year.............they spent lots of money.
It's getting way cheaper but I still won't buy it since I already have MTM CD/DVD and RTR.
I can't afford other 60 bucks to an art book...............lol
There aren't only band members pictures, there are some art stuff too. Included several pieces by Alex Pardee and other artists.

I'm just disgusted.
Plus Mike published some pics a couple of times ago from the book, like this one
http://cdn.sparkart.net/mikeshinoda/content/photos/4858.jpg
or this one
http://cdn.sparkart.net/mikeshinoda/content/photos/63196.jpg
And when i saw that on his blog, i was pretty angry. That's supposed to be "exclusive". But now it isn't anymore because everybody has seen them.
Anyway, if there is that book yet in stock, it's because it was too expensive, especially for NON-US residents.

I am the friggin' idiot who started the "Disappointed in Road to Revolution?, Am I The Only One?" thread. And I have a confession to make...
It turns out the Dolby Noise Reduction was turned off on my PS3, which is what I use as a DVD player. So when I watched the Road to Revolution DVD it sounded like hell, and I couldn't understand why. I realized a couple days ago the DNR was turned off and once I turned it back on everything sounded like I thought it would. I have watched it 4 times today, and I can't turn it off now that I can actually hear how great it is!
I am embarrassed that I ever doubted the LP guys, the new DVD is absolutely incredible. Yes, it blows Live In Texas away - it's that fantastic!
Sorry for any confusion I may have caused, and for being such a dumb ass.
OK, let the bashing begin.
Link to original thread:
Why you're sorry? you're free to write what you think. =)
Myself i didn't bought the DVD because there is too much Minutes to Midnight and because there isn't much bonus in it finally. And the fact they cut Papercut and POA (even if we can see them at the end) didn't please me much.

yeah that's right but sometimes he does mistakes on some notes. It can happen.

I know the project with Chali 2na was back in 2004 because Mike spoke about it several times in the Collision Course chat in November 04. I got the CD of Chali but it's just the mixtape of his album. And i think this album isn't release yet, but i'm not sure.
Anyway, there is "4 GT 10" on Chali's mixtape which is actually FRGT/10 from Reanimation.
Maybe it's from this Chali album (in 2004)

thanks!

Carousel and In the end =)

yeah i know, but i was joking, because i think this lil song looks like No laundry =)

Mike made a statement about the DSP's in the beginning of this year saying that they don't mind if we share them.
If they're ok with sharing those lives, why they make people pay this? that can be pretty frustating for the guy who bought the show then re-find it a couple of months later for free. It's like wasting money. In my case i never bought a DSP. I speak for people who already bought one.
Looking for old LP Concert ticket stubs and photos
