Pinkpop usually announce when they arent able to broadcast certian bands on television, like they did with linkin park in 2007. They havent announced anything this year, some im pretty certain all the bands will be broadcasted on tv. So we should at least have 2/3 songs broadcasted, and maybe a full show on the cultura24 website.

Still hoping for hungerstrike during soundgardens or linkin park sets haha

5 more names for pinkpop need to be confirmed in the next weeks. Radiostation 3fm in hollland leaked 3 names. The organiser of pinkpop says, 2 of them are on the list, 1 of them is off the list. (on the list, trying to get them..)Radiostation also 'leaked' fort minor playing the mainstage the same day as linkin park... I think its an mistake.. but i keep dreaming. Would be soooo awesome..

The same radio station (and dj) now confirms ben howard and linkin park. He was right before with the cure..

A dutch radio station has confirmed that the contract between linkin park and the pinkpop festival are almost signed. Which would make sense, the 2 confirmed headliners of pinkpop attract a lot of older people(springsteen and the cure), so linkin park would be a big name for 'more younger people'. If this is true, they will be (maybe co) headlining the same day soundgarden is playing..maybe chester will perform hunger strike with them? would be awesome.

Yeah last time they played pinkpop(and the only time) was in 2007. And pinkpop only has 2 names confirmed so far, Bruce Springsteen and Soundgarden, so they are a possibilty. Altough they did play Rock Werchter last year.. and 2 shows in the BeNeLux(Belguim, Netherlands, Luxemburg) in 2 summers isnt normal for linkin park haha

not UK only, i can watch it and live in holland. always nice to see proshots

loving the show so far. Quality is amazing! Somebody else thinks crawling should be dropped forever by the way? it just doesnt sounds good.. But always fun to watch en hear the crowd during the song

First I had to download iTunes twice, then it asked me to create an account, wich involves giving your credit card number. I don't have a credit card and I'm not joining iTunes just to watch a show. I don't have a credit card so I don't get to watch the show? I really don't understand...

Download an free app, it asks you to log in with youre apple ID. Choose making new apple ID. Then there is the option of payment methods 'none'. Then is should work!

Ah seems i was mistaking. Belgium tv is airing the best off werchter right now, and just saw the half of papercut and the half of lying from you. Plus an interview with mike. Hopefully they will air some more. Unfortunately im not able to record it

He did mean that he saw an live interview while linkin park was playing in the backfront I guess. Going to watch belgium tv tonight, there broadcasting day 2. If is see or hear anything linkin park related I will post it.

All the reviews are in dutch so dont think you can use them. But the stupid thing is that the reviewers say that the band only had 1 good album(HT) blablaba, and they dont say one thing about the performance. So just because they dont like the music, they give the performance 2 out of 5 stars.

And for the broadcast on tv: i live in Holland so im not 100% sure but I think it wasnt broadcasted..

Im going to! also wont be able to tweet the setlist or something..hopefully i remember everything! And for Rock Werchter, they sometimes put a dance act AFTER the headliner, so Linkin Park is the headliner for today, and Kings of Leon for tomorrow. Ah what the hell, its going te be awesome!

Yeah top 5 is right i guess. 80.000 people more or less so something like rock am ring..bigger than pinkpop.

i don't know about internationally (have no idea how internation album sales for foo fighters are) but in the US Linkin Park has sold more, so i would say LP is bigger at least in the US

well the foo's played 2nights in a row in the wembley stadium...linkin park needed jayz to play milton keynes..

Not that it really matters, was just curious why linkin park would be that pissed off when a very big band is opening as a surprise for them

I understand why linkin park didnt like the foo's to show up...but hey they did play before them not after them...shouldnt linkin park be al little bit honoured? foo fighters is just is big as linkin park is, maybe even bigger?
