FLAC is a lossless audio format. The quality is usually better than mp3.

 

SBD = "Soundboard". This means the audio is a professional recording.

Some examples:

- officially released shows (Live In Texas, Road To Revolution, Hybrid Theory Live at Download, ...)

- audio ripped from TV broadcasts (Rock Am Ring 2004, Live 8, ...)

- radio broadcasts (Rock Am Ring 2014, Berlin 2012, Madrid 2008, ...)

- webcasts (Orlando 2000, Kevin and Bean Breakfast Show 2007, ...)

I think you can get it on the iTunes Deluxe version of Meteora, along with OSC from MTV 2$ Bill Detroit, and LFY from another show during the LPU Tour

There is no official audio of that show other than one track (From the Inside). There's an audience bootleg of the full show.

No, it's not true. LPU accepts VISA/Master Card cards from all over the world (maybe there are some restrictions, but I'm not aware of them).

 

You should try to contact LPU support, and/or your bank that issued your Visa card and ask them why did the transaction not succeed.
