I wonder if it was shortened as that Green day cover band was playing on the stage next to it at 1:15 and maybe the organizers decided not to have the audio overlapping one another. If that's the case they should have delayed the cover bands start time.

I got an email, but i dont remember pre ordering the album. Looked through my email folders and no receipt. I did get LPUX, maybe they sent me the song cause of that?

Im mostly into the audio thats different. i already have about one show from each tour since 2003 sanitarium. I would only get a new one if there was something special in it. But its great you guys are doing this. There has been some really interesting posts so far.

There's a good chance you can get it on amazon for cheaper shipping. i got the minutes to midnight dvd/cd that way. Thought it shipped from the states to canada.

Track 10 and 12 were definately the best, i went with 10 in the end. I also liked number 4, even though im not a huge rap fan, it was creative.

I just wanted to say that lplive, lpa and lptimes are absolutly awesome for doing this for the underage/in a different region fans. I'm 23 and in Canada so I wont be participating, but nor am i participating in the official, no time to fly down to LA if i was to win. So good luck all of you submitters. Make something kick ass.

The video was similar to the imagery on their site. and it makes me wonder if there is some sort of distortion theme to the album, as its what a lot of the pics and sounds are: distorted. Or it could just mean brad cranked up the distortion for the album, which is good too.

Amazon posts estimated dates for things all the time. i wouldnt count on sept 24.

My favourite concert moment was back in january 24 of 2004 in toronto. After PoD finished, the meteora themed Linkin park curtain was up in front of the stage. The crowd waited for Linkin Park. As soon as the lights went out, the crowd cheered in excitement. You could hear Session on the speakers, and when the curtain dropped, the band started to play With You. It was an all at once moment with the guitar, bass and drums kicking in. But the real adrenaline rush kicker was Chester screaming as loud as he could for the 11 second or so intro scream to the song that they have done live with it since Reanimation.

Linkin park has many memorable moments, but this was one of my favourite.

Well, the audio on RTR is essentially just a more polished and remastered version of the DSP audio, and the majority of the DSPs are kind of lacking in the bass department - Rob's bass drum is usually pretty tight, but the resonant low-range frequencies are usually pretty quiet. I'd say it's more a result of the source material than anything else.

Yeah and thats what i was thinking as well. more or less wanted to confirm it.

@JJJ, yeah ill have a look at my settings. I use a ps3, so lots there to tweak.
