    These are mine.

    1. Cancelling DSPs. In the middle of the touring cycle no less. Would’ve been sick to have DSPs from 2013. The band was on fire. 2013 is the only LP year we don’t have any official release at all from.

    2. Not playing more shows in 2013, the band had a Europe arena tour booked but fell through for some reason.

    3. Not visiting Australia since 2013, while Germany got 50 million shows in 2014-2015.

    4. Not making up the 2015 US tour where Chester broke his ankle.

    5. Live in Texas, while a great live album, sounds too overproduced and shouldn’t have been from two separate shows, I wish they would’ve released Reading 2003 as a live album instead. Much better show + crowd with the same setlist as Summer Sanitarium.

As a fellow Aussie I have to solidly agree with you. Sydney Soundwave in 2013 was the best LP set I have ever witnessed (Probably one of the best sets since 2007, maybe even 2004). I saw LP for the last time in Las Vegas in 2014 and it was a kick in the teeth to be omitted from THP "World" Tour. The lack of visits in later years was a real let down.

    I'll add:

    - Not releasing No Roads Left as an album track. To this day it sucks it hasn't made it to Spotify.

    - Missing the opportunity for a Numb/Encore mashup in Sydney 2010 when Jay-Z played the night before (in support of U2) and had a 4 day show break.

    - The limited inclusion of APFMH at LP shows over the years.

  2. VICTIMIZED didn't go down too well at Brisbane. I mean, no one scoffed at it but it seemed like no one knew it either. My guess is that's why it was dropped. Don't think it was even on the set list to begin with for the Sydney Soundwave show.

No it wasn't on the setlist Mike. I managed to harass Maurice enough to get one along with a guitar pick and lp edition sharpie!

Teeeted the pic to lplive and hahninator so hopefully he puts it up soon

  3. Soundwave have 'Got' Linkin Park, with Blink 182

So the Soundwave festival rumors are still lurking around with Triple M (a reliable Australian radio station) reporting that Soundwave have 'Got' Linkin Park along with 'healthy' talks of Blink 182 on the bill.

Triple M were the ones that spread the rumor of the 2010 December tour which turned out to be correct. What do you guys think?

    Source: Triple M

Not a fan of this unless there will be some shows on the side... 2010 tour was epic!

  4. Definately worth it for the price JB HiFi has it. $18 bucks and you get the live show on DVD.. Pop the DVD in the computer and view folders and you have the MP3s fully mixed like what you'd expect from R2R, not the lesser DSP mix..

Live show is nuts on big screen with some thumping sound.. Wish it was available on Blu Ray!

  5. Any speculation on which Blackout recording it will be? Got to say the Canberra version is the best I've heard so far especially with the impact on those drums at the bridge just before Mr Hahn takes over!!

  6. BIO last night was one of the best ones Ive seen. raped the 2009 version easily lol. Chester and Brad had tons of energy...the APFMH shit was AMAZING.

APFMH may actually be better over BIO!

i agree with you guys for the most part, numb, in the end, and shadow of the day need to be dropped. if they did crawling with the reanimation intro still i think it would be better. no more sorrow i think is only good as a show opener (i like the intro better than the song itself).

Numb and In The End are the two biggest songs when played live. Cut them? UNlikely. Warner would kick LP's ass. But SOTD, no complaints there

  7. Just made a new twitter just for LP updates. I'll be tweeting show updates throughout the day including Setlist information.

following. which shows you tweeting for?

Said this 10 times on my Twitter but Robot Boy isn't coming on this tour.

LP at soundcheck in Miami rehearsed all the ATS songs except WFTE. What I am saying here is that they flat out said Blackout and BITS need more work live and they are focused on that. They didn't soundcheck a single other song at all from any other CD except partially Numb but I think that was just to test Joe's DJ rig out since it was water damaged apparently.

They rehearsed Blackout like 10 times, at least. They are focused on getting those done so I am 110% sure no Robot Boy this tour. Maybe in the summer.

They said they made 3 brand new setlists in Sunrise on stage during soundcheck. Robot Boy obviously wasn't on there if they didn't rehearse it lol. They spent over an hour soundchecking just Blackout, BITS and a few others.

B11 I guess will come for Chicago. I say A1 in Detroit one more time then during soundcheck in Chicago for the summit they'll get a few songs straightened out and B11 will make its debut. REALLY psyched for a DSP from that.

Blackout doesnt need more work. It was insane in Canberra and Chester nailed it. BitS needs a lot of work, particularly if it is the next single. Robot Boy: who cares if it doesnt get played. I dont know where it would fit in the show.

  8. Huge call by Mark about Joe!!

Crawling definately needs to be dropped. It has done its time and Chester is really dropping off on it. Have you heard the original Canberra DSP?? But OSC has to stay. The band cant keep dropping the hard songs!!

BitS is a joke live. There, I said It.

  9. Why do they need to collaborate with any rappers period? I think Linkin Park is quite capable of producing their own rap and hip-hop if they wanted to go in that direction without having any guest artist and it would sound cooler because it would have LP's spin on it. Anything else would be just cliche at this point.

    agreed.

  10. Yeh Fiore wasnt in the country until Either the Perth date or Adelaide date. Thats why he didnt get any footage of my first time on stage.

Spewing. Not a sign of me. I think the bit where Mike and Chester come off stage and hes taken his in ears out was in Sydney. I think my brother had seen that because thats the side he came off the stage.

Maybe a seperate LPTV for the summit?
