    I was there, just got home right now. What a great show, so much better than the SWU show, This one I got really close to the band and the crowd and me of course, was going crazy. So glad that this show had more energy than the last from 2010, I really enjoyed this one. Now time to save some money for the next time they come here.

     

    About the HD Rip, my cousin recorded on Sky HD and I'm going to see him tomorrow, but I don't know if I'll be able to rip it from TV.

    On the other hand, this has to be the first HT era song where the music doesn't just consist of BIG HUGE GUITAR POWER CHORD sound. It actually has an interesting beat with very audible bass that, had it been included on Hybrid Theory, would have made it a stand out track, for better or for worse.

    how is the topic out of context?

     

    we are still talking about the problems ATS had and that was the point of this thread.

     

    I just want an album that rocks and has good music, and to me ATS did not have good music. When it comes down to it in the end, it comes down to good music and bad music. IMO, Meteoa, Hybrid Theory and Minutes to Midnight had good songs so it was good music.

    Bla, Bla, Bla. I don't care what you think. and it's so out of context now. this discussion keep walking in circles, i'm tired. this should be closed.

    sales don't matter to LP no, but what i',m saying is if they made another nu metal record and people knew about it, more people would buy it meaning that more people like the nu metal LP better than the pop LP of ATS

    Dude, You can't say that If they do that they would sell more album. first, you should do a research and after that you could say that. And prove that!

     

    And another thing, how can A Thousand Suns Be more pop Than the LP from 2000's when in the 2000's they were much more commercial them they are today, i don't get when you say pop, because for me, it mean popular and if you do the math and listen to ATS, you will see that they changed. I just can't see any songs from ATS be more POP than Numb From Meteora. If you do a analise of the songs, from the past, you will notice that they used a recipe to create each song.

     

    I can't agree with what you said because of that. they used that formula to be where they are today, they were more pop than they are today. or you are thinking that "pop = soft song", if is that the case, you are completly wrong.And im really sick of this discussion, we should move on, this is the past.

    I've never heard of this band before. I think I might check them out soon.

    I highly recommed the song called Empty Space for you, From the album A Thousand Suns.

    ok so if a band makes an album with 11 different songs on it is automatically a masterpiece?

    get over yourself, i agree that those albums are all bland and boring, but that is a straw argument saying because those albums are bad LPs album is good. YES the songs are different and not all the same and some are good, but that does not make it a masterpiece. Seriously

    Well, it's 15 songs, and i have never said that ATS is a masterpiece. Yes, but i didn't said any of those albums are bad, i said it sound all the same. And that thing about good and bad, we can't argument, you know. Oh, FOR ME, it doesn't is materpiece because it's different, just because it's a good album. FOR ME.
